Dutch Bros. Coffee

All my fave Dutch people from 4^th plain have moved here to this location and it’s my favorite to go to now! Everyone is so friendly and really care about you. One time my car broke down in the drive thru and they gave me water for my radiator, didn’t charge me for my drink, and were just downright awesome.

I suppose this review is long over-​due given how frequently I stop by this establishment. I must commend the folks that work here because regardless of how early I go by (sometimes as early as 5:30 — 5:45am) they are always very happy, upbeat, and at least act like they are glad to see you. I stop by at least 3-​times a week typically in the early hours of the morning. Over the last month or so I have become a bit of a «regular». Now, why the 5-​stars??? Regardless of how long the line is, and now regardless of what team seems to be working they always know my drink! When I pull up they have already started on my drink, and when the line is long they save me time (something that in the morning is super important) and have my drink ready in hand when I pull up. Thank you to the team of people working at the break of dawn for being so happy and energetic. It helps a lot to get me in the right mind set as I get to work, and thank you for being mindful of my order and saving me the thing I find most valuable… TIME!

Best coffee ever! Love the concept and the staff is fantastic. My kids go crazy every time we stop there. They love the Rebel energy drink.

Overall, I really enjoy going to Dutch Bros. I’m glad it was built on Mill Plain in the SE 192^nd area. Very accessible and near everything in this area. I always enjoy the drinks I order. I have had an iced Caramelizer, an iced White Chocolate Mocha, an iced blue raspberry coconut Rebel, and a Dutch Cocoa. I loved all of them! Highly recommend these drinks.
The only issue with this specific Dutch Bros location is that the wait usually ends up being around 10 – 15 minutes. Maybe it’s the time that I go to get a drink but every time I go, I almost always end up being slightly disgruntled. Usually when there is a long line, an employee comes out and gets the orders from the people waiting in line so the wait will be shortened. But that still doesn’t seem to help. Also, I understand that coffee places are supposed to be social and fun but sometimes the employees socialize a bit too much. I think they should figure out a system to make things move a bit faster.
Other than that, this Dutch Bros location is great! I come here all the time.

Good coffee and friendly service, it’s busy which is always good, but OH MY GOD I almost got sick to my stomach, there is a female working here with long dreadlocks and extremely greasy hair with actual chunks of dandruff on the top of her head. She kept touching her hair and then making peoples drinks without washing her hands. Absolutely disgusting! I watched her like a hawk to make sure she didn’t touch my drink but if she would have I would’ve sent it back. This behavior is against health code and needs to be rectified immediately.

Nicest people ever. I’ve never had such a continuously inviting customer service experience before. This place is a real joy with really kind & genuine people.

Coffee is always good. Never had a cup that wasn’t good. It’s always consistent in quality. The chick’s are usually pretty cute also!!! Everybody is extremely friendly

Dutch Bros is the only drive-​through establishment I know of that serves such consistent high quality coffee, teas, and ALTERNATIVE milks! (almond, coconut, soy). Not a big coffee drinker but I did inquire about what kind of tea they use– they use Harvey & Sons for their hot and iced teas and Oregon Chai.
They have FANTASTIC customer service, even when they’re super busy. The guys in there always look like they’re having a ball.
The drinks are generally too sweet for me– I’d order at ¼th sweetness or half.

Welcome to camas !!! You guys are long overdue and everyone loves you. Every time I come to any location the people are amazing, and after 2 times coming in they remember me! Great guest experience guys. If you order any of the drinks ½ the sweetness it is the perfect drink.
