Been coming here for months now, and unfortunately they only get my order right 1 in 5 times. I am not usually one to write reviews, but I hope someone who works there will read it. I ask for extras on my burrito, and get charged for them, but don’t receive them. It’s getting pretty old.

I ordered a chicken burrito and they literally only put chicken in it. No rice. No beans. Disappointing…

Ive been going to Muchas since the mid 90s. When I lived out of the area it was always one of the places I would visit one a trip back home. Its that perfect mix of greasy, salty, crunchy, and meaty that your body needs after a night of drinking. My favorites include the Oregon Buritto, the rolled tacos with guacamole, and cheese enchiladas swimming in red sauce. Overall the quality has declined over the years. Its still great for a $ 5 – 10 meal when your in need of a gut bomb, but it isn’t the place I seek out anymore like I did in the past.

Muchas is one of those Pacific Northwest staples. It’s good for any meal at any time of day or any sobriety level. Everything on the menu is good and very affordable. I recently discovered their ground beef tacos after having various other favorites over the years. Their ground beef is cut with potatoes, which may not sound appetizing, but holy mouthgasm! This location has a drive through open until the wee hours of the morning. It’s walking distance from my house and they take walk-ins at the drive through. Excellent when one shouldn’t be driving! This is definitely my go-to location when I don’t want to cook and don’t want a sit down restaurant!

I have been giving my business to Muchas Gracias since they opened their first store in Vancouver in the 90’s. Up until the last few years the product and service has been impeccable. It is now more than obvious that they care more about expansion than they do about customer satisfaction. Which is a recipe for disaster and ultimately failure. The last four times I went to one of these restaurants I told my girlfriend«this is the last time», a couple months go by and I decide to give them another chance and EVERY time I am reminded why I say«never again». The food SUCKS it is tasteless, is always missing something or everything… I have gotten burritos with nothing but meat on them, «nachos»(which used to be called«carne asada chips» but clearly they don’t cater to Mexicans anymore and have changed the name, because Mexicans don’t go to their restaurants anymore) is a huge pile of chips with meat spread across the top, the last time I had to take vegetables out of my own fridge to add to the«nachos» which are $ 8.00! If I wanted a pile of tortilla chips I would go buy a bag of tortilla chips! I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t pissed when I got home with my meal. I don’t even CARE how the service is all I want to do is order my food and go, but this is garbage. Basically if you go to Muchas prepare to be disappointed… I am disappointed and after being a solid customer for over 15 years, wont ever in my life return… Period.

Dirty dingy place but MAN I love especial #3, with green sauce! The pickled carrots are a nice addition to the meal.

Really rude staff. Way overpriced for being fast Mexican food. At the time of my visit I was avoiding dairy, and they were not accommodating at all and very rude– I just asked for no cheese and if certain items had cheese or dairy or not. For example, I knew the carne asada tacos did not, but wasn’t sure about other items. I asked if the fish taco did and she said no, but when I came home and opened the box it had crème sauce smothered all over it. My biggest issue is how much waste they produce. You order one taco and it’s given like an entire styrofoam clamshell box… Completely unnecessary. Not environmentally friendly at all, like opposite on the spectrum. And just more garbage to throw out. The amount of waste in the can would make you think we ordered a meal for 4 or 5, not 2. There are better Mexican food places in town. Like Sabor Mexicano in downtown Vancouver, and they do half priced tacos on Tuesday. They are AMAZING! As far as drive thru’s go, I’ll go to Pedro’s instead. It’s not far from this establishment either.

24 hours my a**! I showed up at 3 o’clock am and the«drive trough open» sign was on and everything. I go up to the drive through and wait about five minutes. Nothing. I even honked my horn… Still nothing. Then I go up to the window. Not a single person was visible. I then got out my phone and called them. It rang for about a minute and a half before I hung up and left. I love muchas but if you want service go to the one on 76th they are open until 4. :)

Couldn’t understand a word they said, not sure what I ordered but it was the best food I’ve ever had in my life. If you’ve never tried it, I demand you do!

Muchas Gracias is the best fast-food Mexican food you’ll find. The prices are great, and the quality is as good as you may get with fast-food. It’s definitely one of those chains that looks terrible on the outside, and the pictures on the menu also don’t look appealing, but trust me: it is a great place to eat once you get past that. Things to get: Carne Asada Burrito, Oregon Burrito(has potatoes, yum!), Carnitas, and Taco Salad. Rolled Tacos are pretty good too. As with most Mexican food, adding a little of their hot sauces really seals the deal.

I am confused by the negative reviews — keep in mind, this is a fast food establishment! This is not Azteca, k? Muchas Gracias is an excellent alternative to Taco Bell. I work nearby and find it to be a great place to pick up lunch. The food is great and the employees are quick. I love the chips with guacamole. It’s topped with cheddar cheese and is more than big enough to share. I also get the bean and cheese burrito or the beef rolled tacos with beans and rice. The only thing I did not care for are the beef tacos. They are stuffed with potatoes and I didn’t realize that when I ordered. Lesson learned, so I will stick with my favorites. The food is fresh and tastes great, so it’s all good.

The staff was friendly. The food was tasteless. Cheap, but nothing we will return for. Open 24 hours, but not in the slightest bit tempting to return.

I gave this place three(!) chances to redeem itself and all three times it failed miserably. My main issue is with the meat. Chicken tastes horrible, steak both times had lots of cartilage in it, it just seems like quality of ingredients isn’t a high priority at this location. I’ve seen far more authentic and quality Mexican food joints that were also cheaper, believe it or not. Not going back there.

They make everything fresh but Montezuma is well represented here. Seriously a very strange fast food restaurant. Never again.

DONOTEATHERE Ok, just so everyone knows, this wasn’t my first time. I actually normally enjoy this place. Its one of those slightly run down but decent fast Mexican food. This however, was the first time that I went to this location. Staff was ok. Not super nice, but not rude. Food started out ok. Enough flavor but nothing to go crazy over. Then it happened. My fiancé bit down and I heard a crack. I look over and he’s holding his mouth. He spits something out and shows me. He almost cracked his tooth on a ROCK! So, I’m not normally a controversial person but I thought this was a bit much. I go up and show them. I mean, they might wanna know this right? She seemed very apologetic, was wondering if I wanted something else or a refund. She also said, and I quote«We get our beans in bags and sometimes they gets rocks in them. I’m sorry» I was honest and told her that we are prob going to be going somewhere else and that I would like a refund. She got her manager to ring up the refund. She looked at me as if I am the one who put the rock in the food! Right! Because dinner was so expensive that I needed an excuse to get out of it???(By the way, if you have never been, its about as much as a fast food place. We got 2 meals and a side of taquitos and it was only about $ 17 or so) Anyways, so when they refunded me, they only gave me the refund for the burrito. Ok, I did eat about half of my meal. But neither of us could finish it. We didn’t wanna break out teeth on any more rocks. Like I said, normally I don’t mind this chain of restaurant’s. If I am craving Mexican and I want something fast to go and somewhat authentic, then this is usually my choice. However, I think I’m going to go less authentic and stick with Taco Bell from now on.

Had their Carne Asada Burrito. It was good for the first half but the over saltiness really kicked in and I found the last few bites to be too much. I wasn’t too impressed with their chips and salsa. The salsa was just tomatoes onions and cilantro. The salsa seemed fresh and it was good. But it wasn’t my idea of chip salsa, more of a pico de gallo. So far I have been less than impressed by this chain. Other Muchas Gracias locations seem to have better reviews for some reason. I’d pass on this location and hit one of those. I have no idea what the difference is unless they are independent of one another.

I don’t understand why there are so Manu bad reviews. There is authentic Mexican fast food with Hispanic staff. Everyone is friendly. The food is delicious and the portions are plentiful. Yes, the food is greasy depending on what you get, especially if it has meat or cheese, but you can avoid that. Plus what fast food joint doesn’t serve greasy food? I think that people have some basic knowledge that the food served at a fast food place will be high in calories, cooked quickly, and will not be the same quality as a formal restaurant. I have been going here for years and it is consistently good. They even have a dollar menu now. The best item on it is the quesadilla.

My husband and I ate at this restaurant for the first time ever eating at a Muchas Gracias. What a mistake that was. He ordered an enchalda and taco, I ordered taco and something else. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Everything, beans, rice and entrees were extremely salty. If you need to avoid salt, definately avoid this place. The meat used in the tacos looked like it had been sitting in a steamer for a very long time, burnt. His enchalda had one little strip of meat in it with lots of bell pepper and onions. It was apparently the fahita mix. His food was laying in about a ¼ inch of grease. OMG, it was awful. A full plate of garbage! The server wasn’t there when we got there, had to call for her. She came out, not at all friendly, took our order after several attempts to understand her. WE both agree this is the worst Mexican food we’ve ever eaten. It’s a horrible fast food Mexican restaurant, over salty, greasy and just plain nasty. Will not eat at any of this chain after this experience even though I see some have a descent rating.

I like the breakfast burritos they have, but this particular location is not open 24 hours like the rest so I can not stop on my way to work and get one. Very disappointing. The few times I have eaten here, it has taken a long time to get my food. Could be because it is still a pretty new location and everyone is learning? I give this location 2 stars, but overall the chain deserves 4
