Pizza Hut

This LOCATION has always been my place of choice when it comes to delivery. It’s drivers are always friendly and for the most part on time, sometimes even early. They have the best portions when it comes to the pasta and the best tasting… They also have the best wings and bread/​crust compared to domino’s but that’s just my opinion. It loses stars cause the pizza gets cold fast, idk if that’s because of travel time, packaging, or how long it sits before the driver can pick it up from the kitchen. I’m sure there’s something they could do for this though, so I hope this improves soon. The other reason is because they have on more then one occasion burnt the desert’s. Mainly the cookie. I’ve mentioned it to them a few times, and they have been apologetic even offering to replace them a few times… but overall it’s safer ordering the Brownie’s or Apple pies. This is a fast food joint I don’t expect it to be perfect, but at least it’s got it’s good points so I’m giving it an average score.

Normally Pizza Hut has good pizza if not one of the best, but since it takes them so long to deliver by the time you get it it’s cold and tasteless. This is my first time ordering delivery from there and not only was it not delivered after 30 minutes it was more than half an hour late. By the time we got it I had to reheat it and eat soggy pizza. Oh and we didn’t even get all the ingredients that were asked for. If I’m paying for a specialty pizza then I expect to get what I paid it’s only fair, right. Needless to say I will not be ordering from there again. Please people read other people’s reviews before going anywhere new so you don’t have to waste your money on bad service.

Do they not put cheese on the pizza? Also ordered pasta but they brought marinara instead of alfredo. i called and was told they ran out of alfredo and just decided to substitute. Then i was told they would just put the 16 bucks for the pasta back on my card. well its been 3 weeks now.

Have ordered delivery from this location twice. Both times they’re at least 15 minutes later than what they quote you for, the pizza has been literally disgusting both times. It’s soggy with really no flavor. I will never order from them again. My parents claim it tastes better if you eat in. Doubtful.

Late service, burnt food, missing food. Don’t order from here.

My first night officially living here and we went to pizza hut… Guess its a taste of my new life in the suburbs. I hadn’t set foot inside any pizza hut since I was a kid, but this one still looked pretty much the same as the one I grew up with in Hawaii. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing, but it did bring back memories of fun monthly visits in elementary school for my free personal pan pizza from reading books for the Book It program. Wonder if they still do that.
I was there with my friend and her family (2 kids) they had a great time coloring, loved the pizza and the service was shockingly great. The girl who waited on us had to run back and forth to take care of pick up orders, but she still was a sweetheart and super attentive.
Honestly I probably wouldn’t go back without her kids. Well maybe for the cheap lunch buffet that I didn’t know still existed. They had a $ 10 special on all large pizzas. Pan pizza was as crispy and greasy as I remembered but not as good — seems flatter than before? But it was a pleasantly great experience and the pizza was pretty good too

Thin crust was undercooked. I ordered no green peppers and of course it came with green peppers! When I told the driver, she said it wasn’t on the ticket, took the $ 30 and left!
What happened to customer service?

Fast n courteous delivery ! Promised to deliver in 30 minute n she did it :)

Con: wish there’s no $ 2.75 convenient fee. But I tip 25% for appreciation tat they deliver me the food anyway. Hopes the driver gets to keep that extra fee of $ 2.75.
4 star coz is they do not have much option of the wings: like buffalo burning hot wing in this location … Hopefully they will have full menu in store soon !
