Pizza Hut

One star is too much. This is crazy. We’ve been waiting over an hour and a half… We’ve called three times. Last time, no apology, no concrete info., no pizza. NEVER again. This is THE worst delivery experience ever. It’s now almost 1am!!! AND STILL NO PIZZA!

Customer service was awful. I walked in and no one greeted me and I didn’t see any employee. After 5 minutes of standing around I opened the door 3 times so it would ring the bell. After the third time someone finally came out didn’t greet me at all. I told him my name he handed me my pizza and that was it. I work at dominos so I know this was awful service. Not impressed. At least the breadsticks were good

The food was 20 minuets late and was cold, wet, and just flat out disgusting. I don’t feel like elaborating because I have no damn energy to express all my anger, sadness, and disgust, all due to the fact that I did not receive a healthy satisfying pizza and breadsticks. I think I am going to be sick.

The first time we ordered from this location the pizza was delivered late, cold, and stale.
We decided to try this location for a second time, and again we were disappointed. After an hour and a half of waiting, we received a phone call from the store. The employee’s exact words were, «Our power went out, you’re not getting your pizza. You will be reimbursed tomorrow. Sorry.»
I would recommend you order from a different location.

We have ordered pizza and various other menu items from this location a handful of times. On one order our pizza was delivered cold and our chicken completely forgotten. When they came to deliver our chicken and a HOT pizza, it was once again delivered cold. There is a driver who has delivered here 3 times in a black VW 2-​door who speeds through our neighborhood. I and my neighbors have called and spoken with the manager about this driver and been assured that he will no longer deliver on our street but he has continued to drive on our street at excessive speeds. The manager was even disrespectful and unapologetic when I went in to talk to him in person about this driver.
I do not recommend this location because of the cold food being delivered, the speeding drive and the lack of respect from management

If you check out their deals on their website, you’re bound to find something worthwhile. I got a large pizza for $ 11 with unlimited toppings. The amount of options available to you is unbelievable. I’ve always been a Dominos person, but never again! I mean I had never heard of any pizza ever having a pretzel crust before ordering here, and my god-​it was to die for. The entire pizza was divine, the driver was so kind, the pizza was a bargain, and though it did take 45 minutes to get here, the quality of the pizza was better than any pizza I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten pizza in multiple states on the west and east coast. For $ 11 I got a large, pan baked pizza with creamy garlic parmesan sauce, cheese, cherry peppers, black olives, green peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, and banana peppers, a baselmic vinegar sauce topped off on top, and a pretzel crust. I would highly recommend ordering from here.

I called in 15 mins before they closed tonight. Working in the restaurant industry, I know how annoying that can be, especially if you were already having a rough night before or at work. The man took my delivery order in a happy and professional manner. I can really appreciate that. Delivery boy got a good tip because of it. Nice work.

I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they are usually very fast (within 25 minutes). They’ve never messed up my multiple orders, and the pizza tastes pretty much as you’d expect from a pizza hut.

Absolutely terrible. Won’t be ordering again. Waited an hour for my delivery, after being promised 30 minutes. Called and asked for it to be remade so it would be warm when I got it, and they told me I would have to wait 40 more minutes for my food. I declined when the manager promised it would be hot and $ 5 off. After another 20 minute wait, we were delivered a cold, ugly pizza. The delivery driver, a nice young lady, made a call and got it free for me. If it hadn’t been 7 pm and my toddler starving, I would have sent it back.

Horrible experience! One star is too gracious! I called in my order to avoid wasting time sitting around in their dumpy waiting area. I showed up to a girl at the counter helping another customer and when she was done she disappeared and never returned. The delivery guy upon returning to the store told the people in the back there was a customer waiting (and two more behind me) and some new guy came out and I paid for my pizza. The girl is still nowhere to be seen. My name was up on the screen as «ready». Guess what? My pizza was nowhere to be found! So, instead of offering to compensate me for my pizza and time because of their error they tell me to wait «about 8 minutes» while they make me a new pizza and they will throw in some «chocolate dessert»! NOT HAPPY! I don’t even like chocolate. Just refund me my $ 10! A formal complaint to the manager will be coming. Never again!

Just can’t execute. All this trouble for what? Pizza with no cheese (see photo), customer service with the wrong number, and the wrong crust to boot. Terrible.
Yes, even Pizza Hut can be executed acceptably when people care. Unfortunately, no accountability for quality or accuracy there. Complete crapshoot on what you’ll get. I’m done!
