This place is no longer here! a nurse told me they closed in august 2015.
Now Unilocal is telling me that my review isn’t long enough so let me add:
There is no longer a Recovery Room Café. It has ceased to be. It is an ex-​restaurant.
Here’s how I imagine it used to be: the food was delicious and served up quickly by an attractive waitstaff wearing sexy but not offensive attire. The coffee was stellar and the décor was stimulating yet not distracting. It smelled vaguely of rose water and everyone took the time to learn your name — even if you were just there to pick up a takeout order!
Ah, it must have been grand…
