I love this location because it’s down the street from work… and I go here every time I get Starbucks. Sadly today I chose to go through the drive thru to get a drink for me and a friend. and I will never go through it again. 1) Dirty lid with dust all over it. 2) 2 inches of the drink was foam even though I didn’t ask for foam. 3) For a dirty chai with extra Carmel it tasted like a bad regular latte with bad milk… Quite frankly I’m disappointed.

I’d rather not go to Starbucks if I don’t have to, but this is quick and easy on my work breaks… so I’m here more than I’d like. I’d say 1⁄10 trips results in a barista that treats you like an individual, 1⁄15 results in a satisfying drink. I know you guys see a million customers a day, but that’s a million chances to pass on a smile.

Closest Starbucks to my house, so I head there often. So far, I’ve had a barista: 1.) Call out the wrong drink, so I left it sitting there for a while getting cold. Then I asked if it had been the drink I ordered(she said it was). Grabbed it and left only to discover they had made the wrong drink. 2.) Refuse to honor the free drink after buying 12 on the gold card.

Too slow, and that makes every other aspect of their service forgettable. Stop giving me a huge receipt, it’s a waste of paper. And apparently Unilocal thinks my review is too short, so I’m writing unnecessary sentences now. Hopefully this is long enough now.

I was so excited to have a drive thru this end of 192nd. I’ve been here several times. I keep hoping it’ll get better. It doesn’t. The drive thru is ridiculously slow. The employees are less than helpful and don’t seem to care.

They need to work on the drive thru speed. I actually stopped using it because it’s faster to park and walk inside. That’s sad. Step it up Starbucks!

This place was okay. I don’t frequent Starbucks very often, but I scheduled to meet someone here. We stood in line to get coffee and breakfast and it was very confusing. They tried to ring up me and my husband on separate registers. Often yelling over people to ask questions about your order. The center of my sausage biscuit was cold. Still not a fan.

This is the third time I’ve been to this location and each time has been a 10 – 15 minute trip through the drive through. It’s like they are literally growing the beans for the coffee in there. On each visit I hope they’ve gotten the kinks worked out since they’re a new store, but they just get progressively slower. The service is decent though.

After X years of only having soy as a non – dairy option, this is the first time I have seen Coconut milk as a choice here. Finally Starbucks! Moving forward! But I stopped ordering coffee from Starbucks because they never fail to make a perfect… Burnt espresso. This is more of a review of Starbucks in general. Instead of coffee, I decided to get chai if I were to ever find myself at a Starbucks. And their chais are GOOD! That is until I found out that it’s not real tea. I’m not one to enjoy syrups overpowering my drinks, but that is what Starbucks uses to cover up their burnt and bitter drinks. Starbucks uses those syrups^^^ to make their chai. No. It’s not just an accent flavor to your chai. The chai. Is. A. Chai. Flavored. Syrup! That means I/you are drinking syrup milk. Can we all gag together? *gag* I just ordered the Oprah Chai hoping they(&Oprah) stepped their game up and used real tea, considering they have teamed up with Teavana, the amazing tea store, to make this chai. And they use a freakin syrup! My mind. It hurts. Okay, going to drink my syrup milk now. Bye.
