I feel strongly enough about this place to start a business page for it just so I could write this review. Yes, they’re new, but that doesn’t mean it needs to be a total amateur hour. You’re located downtown. People work here. They want to not eat at Subway and they want to do it within the hour or less they’re given to do so. Flash to me, waiting for close to 45 minutes for a turkey wrap. That’s all, a turkey wrap. The girl taking my order was clueless, the diet soda spout was broken and until a few days ago they were cash only. I could see the growing desperation in my fellow diners’ eyes. Papers jostled, grown men sighed. One guy got his sandwich and ate, as his friend was forced to look on hungrily. After inquiring as to the location of my sandwich, which I’m so not into doing, they began the arduous process of putting meat and lettuce into an unwarmed packaged tortilla and adding the saltiest pesto I’ve ever had. It was clear I’d been there for a long time, and was unhappy, like several others around me. No refund offer was made. I paid $ 10 for chips, a soda and a tiny wrap. I’m still hungry, btw. And my hair stinks like panini.
