You know how everything tastes better when it’s made with love? I’m pretty sure that’s what makes the coffee taste better at the Beach Bean Espresso than anywhere else.
Coffee has been a best friend of mine since the year 2000, when I entered college and drank pretty much anything that was a dark roast. I’ve since moved up in quality and now I can only drink decaf — if someone can make a cup of decaf TASTE like the real thing they’ve got my support.
Beach Bean Espresso is cute… cozy… they have wifi… and most importantly the attitude of the barista (who I believe is the owner) is pleasant and welcoming. He clearly cares about what he makes and how he makes it. He is always happy to accommodate my «decaf-​latte-​with-​soy-​light-​on-​the-​hazelnut-​syrup» order and even my husband who is not a coffee drinker LOVES his creations.
The location has easy street parking and is worth giving a shot. I love me some fancy Intelligentsia but after drinking ¼ of a cup of «decaf» there yesterday I had the shaky side-​effects of regular coffee. =(Eek! Not at Beach Bean Espresso!
