Sunglass Hut

Bought a pair of oakleys here in May. I accidentally damaged them two weeks later and the manager went way out of her way to take care of me. I couldn’t be happier w their service. Thank you again!

I went in there a couple weeks ago to buy my husband a pair of Oakley’s that he’s wanted for a while now. I found the pair he wanted, and when it came time to pay she gave me the display glasses! They were flimsy and obviously tried on quiet a bit! I mentioned this to the sales lady and she seemed confused that I was questioning her sale. I was so appalled that they would just wrap up a, NOT inexpensive, pair of glasses off the rack, then deny me a fresh one from the back! For some reason I finished the sale and left! But, I did return the next day to return them! (I’m ordering the glasses straight from the Oakley store) surprise surprise the same lady from the day before was there again to take my return! Apparently she recognized me and realized she lost that sale because she was beyond rude and short with me! Flat out b****! Her name is Malgorzata!!! I will not only never return to this location, but to any other location!

My Future’s So Bright I Bought Some Shades
I was in the mall the other day and had noticed that they built a new Sunglass Hut near where they use to have one located in the middle of the mall. I went inside and was immediately greeted by the young girl behind the counter. She asked if I needed any help. I told her I was just looking at this point. We talked a little bit where I told her that I have a few sunglasses in my collection. She proceeded to tell me that she has over 30 pairs of sunglasses. She wins.
I then started to check out and try the different sunglasses that were on display. I have purchased items over the internet before but I would rather try them before I buy them especially something like sunglasses. After trying on a couple different pairs I felt like I knew which ones that I liked. I also realized that I looked like Arnold when he played the Terminator or one of those agents from The Matrix. Either one, they made me look like a bad ass.
Since I didn’t want to make a rash decision I decided to head home and think about it. Plus I wanted to make sure that my wife liked them as well.
I ended up coming back the next day and I tried both pairs on again. I made my choice and ended up going with the Maui Jim’s over the Ray Bans. They are pretty bad ass sunglasses and I am very happy with my choice.
Bottom line:
I have been in Sunglass Huts at other locations like Woodfield Mall and an outdoor mall in Fort Myers, Florida (Miromar Outlets). Everyone of these locations always has very friendly staff that are very helpful.
I am very happy with these sunglasses and Sunglass Hut and I will be a customer again when I need a new pair.
