There’s usually a long wait at this location, and I’ve often wondered about the cleanliness. I’ve left here before without getting a blood draw, because the phlebotomist couldn’t find my vein, or if they do, the needle stick has been painful. This was for routine bloodwork… their staff needs more training in general. My advice is to go to the other Quest location at 520 Hartford Turnpike… new location that’s clean and without the long wait times.

Crowded, overbooked, waiting room. Extended wait even if you have an appointment. Any time I’ve gone there, I’ve been bruised, the blood draw was painful. It’s an unpleasant experience. I would rather go anywhere else!
