Panera Bread

Terrible service! I kept giving them a try but after 2 years and 8 orders being wrong, I have to say it’s the worst panara’s I have ever been to. Awful managers that don’t care about customer service. I would never write a bad review but someone has to tell the truth;) Don’t waste your money or time! Support your amazing local deli’s instead!

Reasons why I like Panera: 1. It’s a great alternative to burgers and fries. 2. It relatively quiet. 3. I love the salads! Especially the Ancient Grain Arugula and Chicken Salad. Consisting of arugula, coleslaw mix, red grapes, fuji apple slices, and white balsamic dressing. The Ingredents offer a nice contrast of flavors and textures that go well with each other. The bread is decent too. Not super gourmet but definitely not cheap wonder bread like. The soups are very good as well. I had the baked potato soup. It was good. I wish they did a creamy seafood bisque for these colder months if the cold weather ever makes it down to Florida. Thanks El Niño! Want something different? Go to Panera and try this salad!

Love the soup and salad combo. Hard to pass up the delicious looking pastries. Lunch time is not the best time to go especially with so many people taking up tables just for WiFi service. Some restrictions should be made to accommodate everyone. Other than that I love coming here.

Dependable as the sunrise, Panera is a go-​to when it’s pouring outside. While the food is good, the service at this location can best be described as… distracted. After paying, all drinks and bakery items had to be returned for and reminded. For all four of us. Yes, it was busy. But not «Sunday-​morning-​gimme-​my-​bagel-​and-​my-​coffee» busy.

Overpriced, tasteless and dirty silverware… exactly what you would expect to get each time you go to Panera. The secret is to get the plastic fork and spoon even if you eat there, but you have to ask for it. Best not to think about what might be caked to the inside of the soup bowl you’re eating from.
Classic salad with chicken and balsamic and the broc cheddar soup was today’s meal. Totally forgettable. They get an extra star for having multigrain bread.

If this was the first time this happened I wouldn’t bother but it seems every time I get the tuna salad to go there is no tuna and what is there is a big solid hunk that turns me off! For $ 6.00 you ought to be able to find the tuna, I’m starting to think they do this on to go orders figuring you aren’t going to return with it! From now on I guess I will open it and look at it before I leave!

Recently ordered take out for dinner. The chicken Panini and turkey Panini were delicious. Very fresh and had gourmet quality even though it is an ingredient short of being a home sandwich. I enjoyed the spices on them. Also had the cheesy broccoli soup. It was okay. I tasted more cheese than broccoli. Could use some better seasoning. The chocolate chip muffin was a little dry but chocolatey enough. The low fat strawberry smoothie was a little weird. It had the taste of being spoiled or rotten but I figured it was because they had a lot of low fat stuff in it. Overall, i really enjoyed it. It was fairly priced for the amount of food I got.

I always get good food and good service. The cashiers are young, but friendly. It is weird how they always buzz you before your meal is ready. The macaroni and cheese is amazing and the egg soufflé is to die for.

Great coffee spot. Great lunches, breads and service. Priced reasonably. Outdoor accommodations.

The customer service here continues to get worse. It seems they don’t train the employees at all. We had picked the 2 to go order and waited with a pager. I was also asked for my first name when I ordered. However, when my pager went off and I went to pick up my order, the man in front of me took my order! They gave him our order obviously without checking his name. I am a girl and they had my name and my pager.
The employees were looking at me like I should of known? Are they crazy? The guy who handed out my order said he couldn’t believe the man took my order? Well, he gave it to him! Then, I had to wait for them to fix me a new order as the man took my two soups and sandwiches. I checked the bag and they gave me the wrong soup! Really! This is stupid!
When I got home, the food was good, but the broccoli cheddar soup made me very sick. I can’t blame the store for sure but I wouldn’t be surprised if I had a touch of food poison. My daughter didn’t get as sick as me, but her stomach hurt for a day. I can’t say food poison due to the fact the soup is very, very, super rich and thick.
I was also overcharged, but in the mayhem didn’t realize it. I will never support the store again! It is true that bad employees can ruin a business.

Really bad cashier. Got the order wrong. Got the prices wrong. Didn’t charge us for one thing, over charged us for another, we didn’t get what we ordered. Gave up, took what they gave us, paid what they said. Never going back. Cashier beside us waited on 5 customers while we struggled with our cashier. She blamed it on the computer. Manager came over, time when bye, food was ready but cashier wasn’t. Computer fault, Yeah right. BAD employees put good companys out of business.

Stopped here for an early dinner this evening and took some pics. Not really busy on an early evening holiday weekend but was fully staffed. I had the French Onion soup in a sourdough bread bowl… so very, very good. Curiously enough, it comes with another hunk of sourdough bread which makes it too much bread to eat in one sitting but can be wrapped up to bring home. Also had the fresh brewed iced tea and it is nice and strong. They offer a full accompaniment of sweetners for the tea and coffee as well as skim milk, half and half, 2% milk, and fresh sliced lemon.
I was craving something sweet so decided to indulge in a cookie (although the pastries were very tempting). I had a large chocolate cookie with walnuts and chocolate chips. Somehow it got eaten before I could snap a pic. You may assume that means it was yummy. :)
This is a very comfortable place to sit and relax and chat. We were among many others who were doing just that.

Always busy. Sandwiches are pretty good. Egg Souffles are the best. Now that they are in the new building it is much much better. Service tends to be a little unfriendly sometimes.
