White Orchid Spa

Much ado about nothing! Very overpriced for barely a massage and just getting greased up. Nice facility but the gratuity added on really makes the cost of treatment unwarranted for a la-​di– da massage. Stay home and take a hot bath!

I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy White Orchid Spa a few times now, and each time I am more and more impressed. I had a massage about a year ago, which was great, but what prompted me to write this review was my facial last week with Paige.
My facial with Paige was the BEST facial I’ve ever had. She explained everything to me, there was no pain, burning or discomfort, and I walked out without feeling like I looked like I’d just been hit in the face! She did not try to upsell or push super expensive products on me, but she was helpful and answered my questions about the products I was using, and suggested others that might be more beneficial – while explaining the reasons!
The whole staff was very welcoming, the spa is beautiful, peaceful and clean. I have nothing bad to say! I can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Paige!

Had a good experience. Went with three friends for a girls’ day. All had good massages, and we all felt pampered and welcomed. All staff were friendly and professional, if a little heavy on the upselll. Would go back!

Pedicure was nice. Nothing super great considering it was $ 65. The spa is beautiful and nicely decorated. The staff could have been nicer. They pressure you to re book which I didn’t love. My toes turned out nice… all in all it was a nice hour.

I work in the spa industry and they really do a great job.
Lockers, steam room, well-​stocked bathroom amenities. Nice waiting areas inside and outside with teas and some nibbles available.
I like that they seem to build in some time for you to actually enjoy relaxing before and after your treatment instead of whisking you right into service. It’s such a nice lounging area that you really want to enjoy the experience of it.
All of the staff were soft-​spoken and mild-mannered…soooo nice, so relaxing, so welcoming. I think male therapists can get a bad rap and I tend to ask for women therapists as well, but I had Scott as my therapist and he was pleasant, soft-​spoken, professional and efficient. I enjoyed my service with him.
I got a body scrub with massage and I like that they have the showers in the room to rinse off. That makes scrubs so much more enjoyable to get than if it’s a dry-​room treatment.
Definitely worth the splurge.

Fabulous experience. My Husband and I had Colleen and Christa (sp). Always going to request them. Very professional. Relaxing atmosphere. Remaining staff was average and not too genuine.

I’m surprised at some of the negative reviews about the massages. I had a wonderful massage there recently with Elizabeth and her magic hands! I wanted to go back for a second massage and perhaps some other services because the place was so inviting, but our schedule was packed and I never made it.

This spa is in my option the best Vero Beach has to offer. You can get numerous services but my favorite is the facials with Gina. The décor is very tasteful, clean and comfortable.

Very pretty. Staff is mediocre. A staff member told us to be quiet so as not to disturb the guests while we in the middle of a compliment. RUDE. Meassage was poor. Wont go back and I have given it 4 tries.

I just got a massage and a facial there. The spa is in the Kimpton Hotel. The place is nice, clean. I was nicely greeted upon arrival and was shown where to change and how to use the lockers.
Then I had the mommy-​to-​be massage with Scott. He was very gentle but firm at the same time. I indulged with a scalp massage add-​on and it was just delicious. Scott is good !
Then I had my facial with Janet. It was very good too, she has great hands. I wish she would have told me what she was doing and what cream she was using. I should have asked for it but I was so relaxed I couldn’t move or say a word. With the facial comes a foot or hand massage, I choose the foot massage which was good. I have also indulged on the neck collagen mask add-​on
Overall I had a great experience and will
come back next time I am in vero beach, fl (soon I hope).
I have bought a travel-​zoo coupon and had a very good price for this package (massage + facial).
I am happy other reviewers had mentioned this travel-​zoo deal, it was quite a saving !!

Had a great pedicure here but don’t waste your money on the massage. Was looking forward to a nice 80 minute massage but it was a definite disappointment. I get monthly massages back home and have gotten many over the years. For a 15 year therapist (they told me she was wonderful with 15 years experience), it was like getting a massage from someone just out of massage school. All she did was grease me up so bad I had to take a shower before leaving the spa. Since I was staying at the hotel I was planning to just go back to my room, but I was so full of grease all over my body, face and in my hair, I had to use their shower facilities. The spa has a nice ambiance, but the high cost for their services is not warranted. If I am ever in the area again I would not stop and use that spa!

Loved this spa. You are greeted the minute you walk in by the pleasant ladies behind the counter. They were all very helpful. The spa was clean and beautiful inside. A very relaxing feel. My massage therapist was Michelle. She was fabulous, I wish she was in NJ! Can’t wait to come back here on my next trip!

White Orchid spa is in the Vero Beach hotel and spa. Free valet parking when you use the services. Great customer service. Quiet relaxing rooms. Modern and clean lockers, bathrooms, sauna, and showers. Love this place.
