Food was fast and good for an easy dinner. We had a group of 5. Our server was very attentive and tried to keep us happy. We tried an appetizer platter with mozzarella, rice balls and mushrooms. It wasn’t very large but it was hot and fine. The chicken gnocchi soup was delicious and the salad was plentiful. All of our dishes of eggplant, lasagna, and chicken entrees were all good. The only dish that was terrible was the tilapia piccata. It was incredibly small and tasted bad. Overall it was fine for a chain type Italian restaurant.

Had a great time. Great food. The server was very nice. I got some kind of quesadilla and it was a little dry but didn’t make it not good so I was ok with it. Also they had city water but it wasn’t that bad

Great place to eat and bring the family. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but the food is great. Would recommend it to any family that wants to eat on a budget.

I eat there at 11 am and got sick over the salad. I am not sure why. But my stomach and st. Patty day were ruined. 3.17.16. This is not the first incident. I reviewed other Unilocalers and found a woman had the same problem. I had to double checked my symptoms. If u think to take the famous salad. Don’t. I think about having Broome Cty environmental health review their food standards.

We went last Sunday 2÷28÷2016 around 1:30, it was Very busy. Our Waitress was Arnela and She was Great!!! There were 3 of us and she was Very Attentive to our needs! She was right there when we needed her(which we are Not demanding at all), but she also didn’t bug us when we were eating(asking if everything was okay and if we needed more drinks). Our Food was Awesome, I had the Lasagna, my husband had Chicken Alfredo and I can’t think of what my son had, But Everything was Great!!! The Service was Exceptional! We will definitely go there again! We travel about 40 miles… But it is Worth it!!!

Most disgusting food I have ever eaten in my whole life. Fake-sweet server who rarely came over to check on us and every time we asked for breadsticks they would give us only two. Went home and threw up. Will never be returning.

This was the very first time I visited this property and was completely surprised by the warmth of the staff. What a lovely crew and a special thank you to Jamie who went above and beyond to make sure we were seated where I asked for. I know you did lots of extra running but the spot & service was better here than any I’ve had in yeas at Olive Gardens in 2 states. Thanks again

Food was good. Got sausage rigatoni. Nice and hot when served. On the downside it seems like the price of dinner goes up with each visit. Makes it difficult to visit frequently.

Worst service ever. Drinks were not brought to the table. Appetizer came out with the meal and it was wrong. Our server was Nicholas if I ever go back I would ask to not have him as our waiter. I saw every other waiter in the room doing a great job bringing boxes, drinks and checking in with customers. Not ours!

Five stars for the service, would give six if I could and two for the food and drinks. In all honesty I didn’t want to come here to celebrate my sisters Graduation but they had space available so in we went. Our waiter greeted us and took drink orders. We got a pitcher of peach sangria for the table. Weak, sugary and had more ice than actual drink. Hardly enough to split between six people. Our waiter was funny, accommodating, attentive but not overbearing and just a normal guy. We decided as a group he was one of the best servers we had EVER had! For appetizers we went with the chicken flatbread and lasagna fritta. Flatbread was average at best but fried lasagna choice was a hit. The salad was standard, lightly dressed which was appreciated. Entrees consisted of chicken Marsala(yum) chicken scampi(delicious and HUGE) tour of Italy dish which was just okay, eggplant Parmesan, standard fried fare with awfully boring spaghetti, reminded me of back when I was four years old eating spaghetti as a kid. I had the lasagna primavera which was skimpy. I also ordered a glass of wine and it tasted like the bottle had been opened for weeks. Yuck. I do NOT leave wine on the table but unfortunately I could only bare a few sips. Our waiter boxed everything up for us including the bread sticks. He actually went in the back, got us some fresh ones from the oven and packed those up for us as well. Our server made up for the sub par food. Fresh is always better than frozen, just saying.(Cough cough nudge nudge)

We have now visited this particular Olive Garden Restaurant 3 times in the past year and have had a positive experience all 3 times! The location on Vestal Parkway and the hours of operation have made it a go-to restaurant when we are visiting Binghamton University and want to chow down with a cocktail late on a Sunday evening or Holiday. I think that their 2 for $ 25.00 deal is very reasonable. Soup or salad is complimentary. Bread is too! They serve a good variety of cocktails that are excellent sized pours and above average quality. They offer a specific wine to sample and I usually try it and like it. My favorite recipe items have been the Caprese Flatbread appetizer($ 7.99) and the Bruschetta($ 7.49). Their Calamari($ 9.99) was as good as any I have sampled, except for my own! Tender-yes!, Lightly breaded– yes!, Served with great sauces– well only so-so! Kind of meh! I like my marinara with some zing. They also provide a parmesan-peppercorn sauce which I didn’t care for. For dinner, I have enjoyed selections from their Classic Recipes of Cheese Ravioli($ 12.49) and Eggplant Parmigiana($ 13.29). Both were above average sized portions and excellent quality. During my last visit I splurged on a Spicy Shrimp Vesuvio($ 15.79) and enjoyed the blend of hot cherry peppers and roasted red peppers in arrabbiata sauce, topped with smoked pancetta bacon. I believe in patronizing the family owned and operated restaurants when we are on the road, but the Olive Garden at this location has earned my repeat business.

Ample portions, endless soup/salad. Entrees were good and fresh. Not a bad place. Had new server made a few mistake, but it’s ok, overall service was good.

My server was excellent and I left like a 12 dollar tip on a $ 27 bill. The salad is always great too. I just didn’t like the spaghetti. It was bland. Also their portions are too small.

FOODALLERGYALERT This place is ridiculous! They do not know what’s in their food! Asked for gluten free menu! Joke! 3 maybe 4 items, most the same thing just different protein… dry no sauce! If I wanted to dry steak chicken or seafood I will overlook it at home… please don’t advertise Gluten free if your not willing make an effort! Ordered new featured item couldn’t eat it because bread served in dish… after I told her I was gluten free? Then TRIEDTOCHARGEUS for the dish I couldn’t eat I have to laugh or ill cry! Which I did because by the time the waitress got around to taking my order everyone was done eating dessert.

Used to really like Olive Garden, last time we went they forgot our appetizer, the time before that we got take out and the whole order was wrong. Had a gift card from Christmas so figured I’d give them one last try. My wife liked hers and mine was horrible. Asked for extra sauce because the pasta is usually dry especially with take out. Needless to say the salad was the best part of the meal. I won’t be giving them another try!

Went to celebrate Mom’s day(Sat before). Shrimp pasta good. Others in the party enjoyed their food. Other dishes ok. I got soup and salad, but the gnocci soup had 3 maybe 4 gnocci and was so salty I couldn’t finish it.

This restaurant is highly over rated! We went on a Sunday with a group of people from our church. The food was horrible. The service was horrible. The servings were so skimpy we had to stop at a fast food place on the way home to get something to eat because we were both starving. The prices were out of line with the quality and amount of food. We will never go there again. Do not waste your time or money on this restaurant.
