Great service, only took a few minutes, they were very allergy friendly. It’s a great place for an on the go snack.

Slowwwwwwwww service. Worse, by far, I watched a food preparer pick something off the ground, put it in the trash, then return to making food. No handwashing or glove change. Staff over their heads but friendly. Deserves zero stars.

Yeesh was this place slow. Given most people are trying to scoot through a rest stop to get back on the road I think it’d be worth staffing up a bit. Plus the manager peaked out and talked to staff and then went right back behind the doors despite a line of ten people. Bagels were good but please improve the service.

You usually can’t go wrong eating here but this location is so disappointing. Very slow service, they don’t get orders right and the customer service is terrible. If the quality of food was good maybe one could ignore all that but sadly the food is disappointing too. If you’re stopping here just go to Sbarro.

I love Einstein bagels, but if you’re in a rest stop you need to be quick or at the very least courteous. Waiting 20 minutes for a barely toasted bagel with butter is not acceptable.

Bagels, bagels, everywhere, but service slow and weak! There was no line, and yet it took a full minute for an employee to address me, although he was staring directly at me. After the fog of his apparent barbiturate-high burned off, he tugged the shirtsleeve of what I believed to be his more competent co-worker, who then served us promptly. When I got my bagel, I realized it had not been toasted. When I returned to request that it be toasted(standard procedure in the first world bagel community), the two employees from the first interaction had their backs to me for several minutes, slaving away at assembling a single sandwich — what can I say? Two heads are better than one, but come on! Finally, a third employee who had been restocking the condiments helped me, although I think she just put it in the microwave instead of the toaster. Way to go, Einstein!

Slooooooow service… Someone needs to light a fire under these workers. It’s literally the simplest food to make. Put some cream cheese on the thing and move on to the next order. Hold out for the next rest stop.

The main issue is service was very slow. There were only 2 people on staff during a breakfast rush. One of the workers was very very slow and had a bad attitude. Also, the food was poorly prepared. I should’ve gone to Starbucks.
