Stopped in at 3:00pm on 3−1−16. Two of the rudest baristas I have ever encountered. It was obvious they didn’t want to be there. There were only two people in front of me who had basic orders. We waited 15 minutes for a coffee and an iced tea. I hope the manager of this store reads their Unilocal reviews because these two need to go.

I just stopped to get a flat white. I took one sip after being on the turnpike for a few minutes and it tasted like someone took a crap in a cup, dumped ash on it and served it to me. This is by far the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life. Starbucks usually serves consistency, this was just a disappointment.

OK location, many of the baristas seemed new. Even though I had a reward that I planned on using they were unable to redeem it without giving a good explanation and in fact told me I had already used it which was incorrect. Not as good service as I typically get from Starbucks.

Visited on a Thursday morning 11 am. No waiting for service. Staff was extremely friendly, drink was made correctly and the food selection was surprisingly large. The Indiana travel plazas I normally stop at, don’t offer any where near the food selection as this location.

Don’t come here at night. The staff is so slow. I waited in line for 10 minutes for the barista to make an order for the 2 people in line in front of me. I hope they are faster in the daytime

We waited for 15 minutes in line only to find out at the register after placing an order that the Starbucks card and app scanning device was not working. No advertisement of this vital news prior to waiting in such a dreadfully long line for loyal gold card holders. We left without purchasing due to this. Unprofessional staffers and poorly managed service too; the staffers’ communications is just plain aweful. This location operates terribly slow and the staffers are not motivated to provide great service customers. Two thumbs down.

Do you self a favor, go to the one in the next service center. Stopped there on my drive. The guy forgot to put my shots in, then he put milk instead of soy. Then he had to remake it, then when i got it. He made the WORST coffee frap I ever had, and I have been to quite a few starbucks in the country and around the world.

The Starbucks within this service oasis ran out of Pumpkin Spice Lattes. To give some perspective, I stopped in after 7pm. They did give me a bag of used coffee grounds to spread on my garden! Typical Starbucks.

This is your standard roadside Starbucks. It doesn’t do anything flashy, but it doesn’t disappoint. Just as clean as expected, with standard Starbucks service. But there is an Einsteins next to it, and I think their coffee is actually better. Yeah, I’m that guy.
