When I got my new phone I knew I needed a good case because I am constantly dropping it. I don’t shop at electronics stores very often so I knew to do my research ahead of time to figure out what I wanted and went to a place where I knew I would be helped and get what I wanted. After going to the place I got my phone case from last time and not loving my options, I knew I would come here and in the end, I am happy I did. As I was looking at cases, a staff member came up to me and asked if he could help. I knew I wanted a hard case on the outside and a soft case on the inside. I told the staff member and he showed me all my options. He was kind enough to show me prices and the pros and cons of each case. Once further discussing my needs he narrowed down to 2 brands but had a preference to one over the other which is what I went with(Otterbox). I am a very touchy feely person when it comes to products I want to buy. The people at Otterbox are awesome because they have a display with the phone cases out so you can feel them, see how thick they are, how sturdy they are, etc. this was a huge reason why I picked this case. I am super happy with my experience and will probably get future cases as well as other items from Best Buy because I have learned the awesome staff is helpful, don’t steer you towards other items and won’t up sell you.

I like this location, lots of good parking and the store has a good layout. The staff are very friendly each time you ask them a technical question or where something is located. For Black Friday they are prepared well, handing out reserved sheets of the popular items that will be held for a few hours for you to buy.

I will never set foot in this particular store again if I have my way. Honestly, their customer service is simply terrible. I wandered around looking for something for a while with no one paying any notice to me, though 5 associates were standing around doing nothing not 10 feet away. When I finally give up and go looking for my husband I’m suddenly in the way of two other employees, who are in a hurry to get around me and are doing the«dance» of who’s going right or left. Finally I stand still and the girl rolls her eyes at me. She walks away and then another employee sees me grumbling and shaking my head, and THEN asks if I need help. I was annoyed, and curtly told him no I was fine. I am never CURT to people in public!!! I found my husband, we made our selections, and then he found the weekly ad to check on a question he had(because no one bothered to offer help to him either), and then we checked out where he was carded for buying Looper. Honestly — he doesn’t look 18 anymore. Hasn’t in a long time, and he needs to be carded to buy a movie? He’s never been carded at any other Best Buy location ever.

Verizon folks took forever and then told us that we could save $ 250.00 clams coming here for our phones. Very helpful and quicker than verizon was. Thanks!

I’ve never written a review before but feel compelled to because this was the worst shopping experience ever. I bought a new HP laptop but they said it needed some updates so I’d have to pick it up later. When I came back that evening it still wasn’t ready, in fact they hadn’t done anything yet. They said it would take an hour and promised to call when it was all set, but they never called. I tried for over 30 minuted to call but all I could get were automated messages to press 3 for this and 2 for that, followed by over 10 minutes of music with adds. When I finally did reach a person she said she would have to check on my computer and put me on hold for another 9 minutes. They told me it’s because they are so busy with the holidays, but this was November 4; what will it be like in a few weeks? Eventually they told me my laptop was all set so I went the following morning to pick it up. But when we got there they said they were running some updates, which would take just a few minutes. An hour later it was still«updating» and we couldn’t wait any longer so they sent us home with our brand new laptop open, and told us not to close it or turn it off, and be sure to plug it in when we got home. At home and 7 hours later the screen still said Window updating 15% complete. I tried repeatedly to call Best Buy but with the same lack of success at reaching an individual that cared. I’d say this store has got to be the worst when it comes to customer service.

Quite simply the WORST Best Buy I’ve ever experienced. I’m usually easy when it comes to being a customer. I don’t need much help, but I expect if my girlfriend and I are browsing around the high end TVs for 30 minutes that SOMEONE might possibly come over to see if we need help, have questions, or… oh, I don’t know… want to BUY A FRIKKIN’ TV!!! Maybe that is thinking outside the box on my part. I have always been asked if I need help in every other Best Buy I have ever been in. There were plenty of employees milling about, but none seemed to have very much initiative to talk to people looking at expensive TVs. The place was not crowded at all, and I would have completely understood if that had been the case. So, in addition to awful service, this Best Buy seemed very disorganized. There were incorrect shelf tags, TVs labeled with incorrect model numbers, and different brands of similar TVs were scattered around, so it was hard to get a visual comparison. Usually Best Buys are far neater and far more organized than this one. After about 30 minutes of looking stuff up on my phone and being ignored, we left in frustration. The funny thing is, we basically knew what we wanted, and the fact that we got no service at all cost this Best Buy the sale of an expensive TV. So, finally, as we were obviously walking out, someone asked us if we needed help. At this point? Nope, buddy, sorry. Too little, too late.
