So you hear lush and think of a bar, but its actually a store for you to get all things to groom yoself! For muy hippie-dippy people out there: they are all against selling products that were NOT tested on animals. Awesome! They also have had a long standing promo that if you being back the small black containers that you purchased products in, you can get a free fresh face mask. The fresh face masks are where it all began for me. My fabulous cousin who shares my woes with guido skin gave me a little intervention, and it turned into an addiction. I’ve tried: brazened honey, cosmetic catastrophy, cupcake, oatifix, love lettuce and the sage one. They recommend different kinds per skin type, but I go for the brazened honey or blueberry cosmetic catastrophy. They smell the best to me. These are the only products that they won’t sell online because they need to be refrigerated… cause they fresh as hell! Products that I’ve tried: Coal face: its black soap. Good for skin, makes me feel like Annie Hall. Good for all genders with an earthy smell. Herbalism: green cleanser. You break off bits and use water to make it into face paste. Works well, but I don’t like the process. Magnaminty: a cleanser mask that works well, but I didn’t love the smell. Ocean Salt: this is a lovely cleanser. Unisex. It makes me want a margarita when I use it, even at 5 a.m. It’s a lush cocktail for your face. The salt is a great exfoliant. Imperialism: lavender face moisturizer. Works well and smells clean. Mint Julips: a lip sugar scrub that tastes like, well, mint juleps. Ultra band: makeup remover. I’m not a fan. It’s too thick. Bath bombs: they are awesome and make you feel like a kid because you don’t want to get out of the tub. When it’s not busy, the ladies are down to give you a free pampering facial so you can try products. They sell great men’s shave gel, lots of shampoos and hand products. All in all, I’m a big fan of this place and wish they had more locations.

A great place for vegan cosmetics and their famous bath bombs! My only issue is that when you go in, knowing what you’re getting, you get swarmed by perky employees trying to sell you so much more. But I guess it’s their job. I highly recommend their liquid lipsticks(Decisive is my favorite… a classic cherry red!) A bit pricey, but worth it!

The sales associates are very helpful and friendly. The store isn’t cramped. Very nice Lush store!
