Service was fantastic, both friendly and fast. I ordered a bbq chicken bacon sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. The sandwich was good, but could of used more sauce. The mac and cheese however(which I’m assuming is meant to be their big draw) was glorified easy Mac taste wise. For what you pay I don’t feel you get your money’s worth in terms of quality or portion. It may be a safer bet going to macarollin, across the way.

I was really excited to see this kiosk, but the food was really disappointing. I ordered a three cheese grilled cheese sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. There were three tiny pieces of cheese and they were not even melted. The broccoli cheddar soup was chunky and gross. Definitely not worth the money.

Interesting concept, execution a bit flawed. Two to three workers behind the counter, working not so much in tandem. If you’re giving them a shot I’d stick to the basics. Surprisingly good tomato soup. Last grilled cheese sandwich I had there the cheese was barely melted. Quite expensive too… passable mall food.

Cheese Masters is located in a kiosk in the center of the food court at Eastview Mall. The menu offers cheese sandwiches, soups, and melts. I tried the Tomato Basil Classic sandwich that consisted of Italian bread, American cheese, sliced tomatoes and basil grilled in a panini press. It was served piping hot, and the ingredients were surprisingly fresh and flavorful. I added a side of tomato soup that was rich and creamy. The service was a bit slow for a «fast food» location, but the food was well worth the wait.

Great healthier option at the food court. Service was quick and friendly. I got the turkey clubhouse and they were very accommodating with dietary requests. I usually don’t eat pickles and they gladly replaced it with a big helping of fresh spinach. The tomato soup was subpar for me though. It was a little sweet for my liking and not quite tangy enough. There were some really small chunks of tomato floating around, which didn’t really add much to the soup. If the chunks were a little bigger it would really add a different texture to the soup. The small chunks were kind of just… mushy. Otherwise my grilled cheese was amazeballs and I can’t wait to try the chipotle chicken next.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a second location at Eastview mall( Unilocal is so handy!). I was more surprised to find out that it’s the original location and has been there for about two years and that the Park Ave location has been open for less than a year. I’ve been missing out on a good lunch spot all this time. They’re in the middle of the food court in between Lady Footlocker and Gloria’s Coffee. It’s my second experience at Cheese Masters but my first at the mall location. Regardless of the location, the food and service is good. I kept it simple — tomato basil classic sammie and old fashioned tomato soup. The sammie was toasted perfectly with mild flavors. The soup was creamy, with a hint of sweetness. I prefer it to be thicker, but it was great for dunking nevertheless. A content lunch for just $ 7. The manager was very friendly, personable, and informative. Service is fast. I was in and out within 10 mins. The wait may have been slightly longer, but I was chatting with the manager so it felt like only a short amount of time passed. I’m excited that they’re nearby when I have sammie cravings. This may be my new lunch spot during the cold seasons!
