Consistently awful. I have gone here 5 times since it is in close proximity to where I work. This last time has me convinced the people working here have no clue what they are doing. The chicken noodle soup literally tasted like hot water with chicken and noodles. No flavor whatsoever. Last time the clam chowder had the consistency of smashed potatoes with also no flavor. Had high hopes for this place because I love the location on park ave. Thoroughly disappointed.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of food they serve at this location. Twice I’ve found pieces of plastic in my soup. I’m assuming it came from a bag that had an ingredient in it. I will never eat there again!!!

The sandwiches are just like home, nothing fancy. The soups are good.

I have never eaten at a Nathan’s Soup & Salad, but thought I would give it a try while doing a little shopping. I am gluten free, so it is often hard to find a satisfactory meal. I had the egg salad sandwich on gluten free bread… not on the typical small sliced gluten free bread I am used to, but a fluffy soft baguette with the egg salad wedged in the middle. They also had a variety of soups that are gluten free, I got the broccoli cheddar which was the thickest I’ve had since going GF. Nathan’s will now be my go-to whenever I need a shopping break.

The chicken and bacon and toasted red peppers sandwhich is very bland. Tastes like your eating just chicken.

Soup was good but the bread which was garlic tasted old and so were the cookies, sorry, I’ll never go there again! !!

Finally a place in the food court that I can get food from whenever I am craving something light and not completely doused in oil! Been here twice already and haven’t been disappointed. Their soups all sound delicious and hearty– I’ve only tried the New England style clam chowder and Grandma’s Italian wedding. Both pretty good, although the clam chowder was a little thick and goopy for my liking. Also looks like their soup menu changes because I don’t see the clam chowder on their menu today. I’ll update my review once I’ve tried every single soup here… Pretty sure that’s not hard to do because it’s way better than Colie’s café across the food court!
