Went in to change my plan and get a new screen cover because I appreciate a good sales person and talking to humans. Brittany was super helpful, friendly and right to the point. Do yourself a favor if you don’t like automated service and go see her. She’s great!

On the plus side… you can walk in there, buy a phone, and walk out with a working phone. FOREVERYTHINGELSE, call 800−922−0204, Press #, then 6, then 0 when it asks for your number. EXISTINGCUSTOMERS enter cell number, press 4, then say«Customer Service» and enter the last four digits of your social security number. We’ve had numerous issues with phones & wasted tons of time trying to resolve them at the store level. Does not work that way, folks… one of the reasons I dumped Verizon & went to Sprint.

Go across the street, or to another Verizon store. Go to Best Buy. Just avoid the mall store. Rude, and unknowledgeable staff sum up this store. I was in looking to buy a new phone, asked about pricing compared to their website and rather than check she just said no we can’t match. The Verizon store in Webster looked and it was actually the same discounted price as the website though the sign didn’t say so. The two associates that attended to me also didn’t know where the SIM slot was on the live droid maxx on the floor. They said the demo units didn’t have them. They also erroneously suggested I could put my micro SIM into the nano slot on the maxx. After making me wait ten minutes while they were all talking in the corner, this was all just too much. Verizon, the staff at this store don’t help your quality of customer service at all. Webster got a $ 500 sale instead of Eastview because of this. Edits: Fixed a couple of autocorrect errors. Also note worthy is that Verizon emailed me to apologize and let me know they were there if I needed anything. How about a courtesy credit for all the annoying problems? I do appreciate the contact at least. I’ll add to this that the saga started because the website had issues with various browsers abd settings. 20 minutes on chat changing security settings and they said just call 611. Another 15 minutes or so and the phone service associate said they couldn’t do a pay and pick up at the store and said to use the website. If Webster is too far to go for a Verizon store, find a good local one, even if it’s in a best buy, bjs, etc. I’d still avoid Eastview mall.
