I am new to the area (live in Farmington) and used to drive to Canandaigua before I finally discovered a Zoom Tan location in way closer Victor! The employees are super friendly and I have not had a bad experience yet. The pricing is fair and I have not had any billing issues. I only tan in their booths and have not used the spray tan option, so I cannot speak to that. The tanning booths I’ve used have all been clean and appear to be well-​maintained. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for the basic tanning experience.

Rochester, NY
Have reviewed other locations — This location would be my favorite of the 3 in the Rochester area that I have been to (Also been to Jefferson Rd and Location across from MCC). This location is always clean, the bulbs seem fresher and I have never had one out. Staff is friendly and doesn’t push the overpriced products.
I have also done the spray tan at this location which is pretty much Vera Spa spray tan if you are familiar with this from other salons. I don’t think there is enough dry time in the booth though and this would be my only improvement idea there.
I am not sure how their pricing is as I purchased a month on Groupon which was a great deal — I think their packages can be a little shady. I believe the cheaper monthly deals don’t always include all levels of spray tan or full minutes in tanning bed — so you have to watch out for that. They do have some $ 5 spray tan specials every so Often so sign up for their Cell/​Email offers.
