Yotality

Certainly not good service. My group of 4 came in on a Sunday night around 8:30. After a few minutes one of us asked if we could try a flavor. We heard nothing. We then spoke louder ‘Hello, HELLO,’ still nothing. I then realized we were totally alone. Finally I went to the counter and looked behind, saw the tiny row of 2″ cups and took a few. Right above The counter I saw a giant cup with several single dollars in them which must be for TIPS. Smiled to myself, are those tips for me? Of course just kidding.
I had now been in the empty place for somewhere between 5 – 7 minutes. Finally the attractive and relatively sweet girl came in. I asked do you work here? The girl told me she was working outside. Let’s face it you don’t need much help to try frozen yogurt by yourself but still Someone from the company should be there. More so the tiny cups which are used for trying the Frozen Yogurt (FY) are worthless if they are not near the FY. This is not the first Yotality I have been to and all are are a pain to get these tiny cups. Of course they could leave them with the big cups that you buy but my guess is they are worried you might try to take too much. With me every time it makes it more work to get a cup I think I am looking for a better FY place.
The shop was relatively clean. The FY was fine. Nothing special nothing bad, just average mediocre FY with below level service.

Great flavors and a good selection of toppings. The customer service is excellent. We’re always taken care of and welcomed by the friendly staff.
