McDonalds… PLEASE give this location some guidance on how to move cars through the drive-thru. They need help. Instead of having cars wait on the side when an order isn’t ready they allow them to sit at the window for(today) over 2 minutes. Help them!!!

Worse service ever. It was the manager(guy) Saieb. Seriously a Big Mac with quarter pounder meat… I don’t care how much it costs, is that hard to understand? His excuse for not making it was there was no option on his register…, I asked for manager and he said he was the manager… WOW, fail. He said he will sell me a quarter pounder with Big Mac sauce… WOW, fail. I knew what I was dealing with so I said fine. Kids were hungry and I knew he was not going to make the burger I wanted. FAIL

I am very sad because when when we got home I saw that they forgot my cheeseburger so I don’t have lunch now:(

Rude, much? We were passing through town, and stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The cashier(female) was just extremely rude. The lady who brought our food to the counter(possibly the manager) was very nice, however. But my goodness, I almost wanted to turn my family right around and leave because of the cashier. So rude. I can’t even explain to you how rude. And I can go on and on about how rude… but I have enough already. The food was decent — just like any other McDonald’s. Pleasantly, it was not disgusting like some McDonald’s can be. The restrooms were very nice and clean. Possibly one of the cleanest women’s restrooms in a fast food restaurant that I have ever stepped foot in. If we ever drive back through, we probably wouldn’t stop here for a bite to eat…

This McD’s is also listed as the«Chain Bridge Rd» in Vienna VA location. My receipt says 544 Maple Ave. W. Vienna, VA and the McDonald’s posted in the picture of Unilocal’s Chain Bridge Road location is the same location, only it is an old picture from a few years ago before they renovated the place. If only they had renovated their staff and the quality and taste of their food. I suppose it’s listed as Chain Bridge Road because it’s right on the border where Chain Bridge Road ends and Maple Avenue begins. Let me start by saying that if I could give this negative stars I would. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I kick myself every time I make the mistake of going back, and the only reason for this is because it is the closest to my home. The majority of the staff at this location are extremely rude, and barely speak English. Now I don’t have any problem with people that are in a situation where English is their second language, but if you work at McDonald’s you should know what Ketchup is!!! Or sweet-and-sour sauce!!! Or better yet, the most confusing for them has been their chipotle barbecue sauce! But that is the smallest of their problems here. They frequently screw up orders, and don’t expect any apologies when you order gets screwed up because you won’t get one!!! You’ll be lucky if they even say one word to you when you bring your messed up order to them. The staff here is also extremely lazy. From burned or stale buns, to old rancid tasting lettuce, to greasy hard crumbling into pieces lukewarm breakfast sandwiches their food is the worst McDonald’s food I have ever tasted. That’s not even the worst of it –the worst is their fries! That’s where they are the absolute laziest! It has got to the point where I have to be very specific, stating that I want fresh fries every single time I go to this McDonald’s, and even if I do –it is not uncommon to get old stale lukewarm fries anyway! They won’t be long fries either, you will only get a few long french fries and the rest of your container(that won’t be filled to the top) will contain the little nubs probably from the bottom of the fry bag that are hard. There’ve been plenty of times when I’ve asked for fresh french fries, and they are so lazy and deceitful that they will take the old french fries and REFRY them, which gives them the appearance of being fresh for about one minute. But once you try to bite into one of them, hold on to your teeth because they might fall out. I have confronted them on this little trick of theirs so most of them know better than to try that one with me again. They also have a terrible habit of asking customers to pull over to the side at the drive-through because they are trying to trick their computer system into thinking that they are more efficient than they actually are. They did this to me the other night and when I explained to them that nobody was behind us so I didn’t see the point they told me it was because of the computer, so they basically admitted that they are willing to inconvenience me in order to trick their computer system into thinking they are more efficient than they are! I refuse to pull over to the side. Well tonight I went and asked for fresh french fries and I used the word fresh at least four times because I know how sneaky they are with trying to pass off old cold fries. After driving away I noticed that my fries were cold and disgusting. I pulled over and had my nephew go inside to tell them(AGAIN) that we wanted fresh french fries, not the stale, disgusting, cold french fries that they handed us– the paying customers!!! Well my nephew just went in and politely asked for fresh french fries and he told me they didn’t say one word they just tossed the old ones in the trash and finally cooked fresh french fries. Don’t even think about complaining to management, because most of them doing this are management!!! I have filled out numerous complaints through their surveys on the receipts and have requested that the owner contact me but I have not heard anything. Clearly that shows me that the employees are a reflection of the owner.
