McDonald’s

Slowest drive-​thru compared to any local McDonalds. Plenty of space to park those with large orders, but instead they allow those cars to sit at the window. No excuse for that,

Worst Mc Donald’s I have ever visited. I’ll never come back here. Service is below substandard, all the workers seem like they are lost and clueless. Normally MC’ds has relatively decent service. If I was the owner of this place I would seriously reevaluate the workers. I waited 10 mins in front of a register to order an ice cream cone for my daughter. Should have just gone to Giant and bought some. Oh… the place is filthy, for a place that is new and actually has lots of potential.

I’m happy to say that this McDonald’s has made some recent improvements. They have hired some new people who actually speak clearly and on top of that are very pleasant and friendly!!! Yay!!!
However they still ask me to pull over when I ask for fresh french fries and honestly I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh french fries they should be served fresh all the time which is sadly not the case.
Also for reasons unknown to me every time I try to order ice cream they are cleaning their machines. I don’t even think about ice cream when I go to this McDonald’s anymore.
When they can keep their ice cream machines running and serve fresh fries all the time (instead of forcing customers to pull over and wait in the parking lot so they can cheat their computer software system that times each transaction) I will give them more stars but for now I am happy to see the new improved staff!!!

I recommend their coffee, especially if you’re in a hurry and don’t want to leave your car.

I don’t bother reviewing most fast food restaurants mainly because that would be proof I actually go to some of them. However, I gave this Mc Donalds a couple of chances to get it right (okay maybe a few more than that) and was so disappointed that they got something in the order wrong every time. Actually, that, in-​and-​of-​itself, is an accomplishment I’m sure, but not one to be proud of. If you do decide to whet your appetite there… just be very sure you have checked, and double-​checked your order before driving off into the sunset. You may need to stop and go inside to get your order right.

There drive-​thru and LOBBY are conveniently open 24hrs!!! you can’t beat that when you need a late night grub with friends :)

Ummmmm… yeah, this place is the typical McDonald’s in the area. Poor service, same crappy food, and disheveled appearance. It only seems that this place is acceptable when you’re drunk and don’t care about having anything other than a bag of warm food and grease. Meh. I almost am tempted to go back to my normal habit of a grilled cheese at home if I hadn’t burned myself last time in a stupor.

What’s the point of writing a review for a McDonalds, right? You know what the food is like. Well, this might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to outside of NYC. The restaurant is consistently dirty and littered with trash everywhere. They also consistently mess up drive-​thru orders and their most common issue seems to be putting the wrong buns on certain hamburgers. You may want to drive to Oakton and try the McD’s next to CVS (no drive-​thru though).
