McDonald’s

I don’t like how this location doesn’t have a drive thru and hasn’t been remodeled decades. I talked to the manager. They said this location and two others in fairfax are closing soon. Thank goodness.

The staff that works here are extremely nice however they kinda lack on listening. They’ve messed my order up every time I’ve been here. Where I work this McDonald’s is closer. You might want to check your food before you leave. I’ve learned to do that at this McDonald’s. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with egg white and American cheese. Every time I order it they give me provolone… When I ask for American… Every time. Then they look at me like their life is on the line when I need them to correct my order that I’m paying for. Just check your food before you leave here if you’re to go.

Lady behind the register was very nice and accommodating, even tried upselling my meal. But, alas, they were understaffed, there was no drive thru and the bathroom was gross. There was no soap on the wall, just a tub of soap I am assuming I was to turn upside down and pour on my hands, and the floors were wet and stunk of urine.

The service is always extraordinary friendly and with a wonderful smile. The lines move very quickly compared to other places and the quality of food for a McDonald’s is great. The success of this store in the chain is obviously the thoughtfulness of the management that differentiate this mcdonald’s from the others. I have been going to McDonald’s for more than 30 years and the friendliness and speed is exceptional and quality food is way above average. One manager who stands out with her positive great attitude and the way she treats the customers and her fellow employees is the lady manager who i believe is named Nie…

4 stars for a McDonalds’s? Why? I’ll tell you.
Once I got past the surprise that there is no drive-​thru here, I walked in to find a very clean place.
The line wasn’t long at all and yet the staff was attentive enough to open up a new line.
I placed my order and when I ordered my son’s kids’ meal, I quietly said to the young man that l would love him forever if he could get an Optimus Prime toy for the kids’ meal (when you have a child on the spectrum, you will do all you can to see a smile on their face) — well, he said, «let me go look» and came right back with the toy and handed it to me. I thanked him so much and while he may not have known or even cared, he made my day.
Our food was given to us in a very timely fashion and I really enjoyed my southwest crispy chicken salad.
So yeah, 4 stars for this McDonalds. These guys are doing a great job in this Mom’s opinion.

Just your average McDonalds, not dirty, actually very clean. This is the first one I’ve seen not in a mall or strip that doesn’t have a drive thru. Food came quick, friendly service, and it was actually very warm and prepared on the spot
