T-Mobile

Went there to do a simple task done but that did not happen unfortunately. Waited in line for about 30 min there were two employees and the way it seemed like they were in no rush at all. They were taking their sweet time with their customer which i understand is important for better customer service. But one of the employee was finished with his customer and they have left but he did not call the next customer who was waiting (who was us). Yet he was fixing his paper works, walking around, helping another guy who was not waiting in line at all. While were were waiting there were two people behind us who have had left because of the long wait. We were the third person to leave because no way we were gonna get called in the next one hour. They were too busy with their own thing. Never coming back to this store ever again.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. My friend and I went there today to ask about why she was receiving text messages that said «message blocking is active.» she is under the prepaid international calling and texting. we spoke to a guy in the front (he had no name tag) about why she was having this problem and he rudely said to us that t-mobile’s SIM card is not like our country and he even told her «WELCOME TO THE U.S.» he did not even say this in a joking manner. how rude is that?! what kind of customer service are you giving to your customers? he even told her she was wrong about how you have to pay $ 3 a month for texting internationally when he was the one that was wrong in the first place because he kept insisting it was $ 3 a week. he even kept insisting she should go on a contract with t-​mobile. why should she?! their carrier is junk. t-​mobile should hire qualified sales associates instead of hiring rude people who don’t even have knowledge about phone services.

I called in with a very simple question about a promotion that Samsung was running with participating retailers over the Galaxy Note 4. I wanted to know if T-​Mobile was a participating retailer. The person on the phone didn’t know, which is fine, when I asked her if she could go find out, she basically refused and spent 5 minutes making up excuses for why she couldn’t go ask her manager yes/​no if they were part of the promotion. Poor customer service.

I went to this store to upgrade my iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6. The sales associates were knowledgeable, friendly, and cared about their customers. My associate helped me every step of the way to make sure I got every feature I wanted. They told me the phone would be shipped to me shortly and how to activate it once we received it. Phone shops do take a little bit of time, but I did not walk away feeling frustrated or angry like I have before at other wireless providers. I have been very happy with my T-​Mobile thus far and hope that others will join the bandwagon!

The sales lady here today was a moron. I asked her for the price of unlimited everything and she told me $ 90 (100 with tax). I was like no, that’s too much I pay less with my current provider for unlimited everything right now. She then let me walk out.
So I get home and am looking up tmobile prices and it’s actually 50 for unlimited– you get 1g of LTE and then it slows but it’s still unlimited. The plan i was probably looking for was (way to assume, idiot) 80– she had automatically included an extra 10 assuming i wanted something called «jump», which i don’t want. Had she explained the plans more, and not included the extra 10 I may have considered switching over. I guess I’ll have to call them and if they suck over the phone as well, well then, no tmobile for me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and go armed with knowledge before you walk in.

I called this store to ask about phone compatibility between carriers and i got a very unfriendly response. Thomas was it? the idiot wanted me to know why i was asking about taking my at&t galaxy s4 over to tmobile comparing me to a guy who brings his toyota to a honda dealer. i tried to kindly reply that at&t isn’t the one enticing users to jump ship and sure enough he got defensive accusing me of trying to get him to, in his words, «commit to say something that you (that’s me) want to hear.» absolutely unfriendly staff.
i called the mclean store and a David quickly understood my question and easily gave me the lowdown by saying that i could just trade in my at&t s4 for a equivalent tmo phone. wasn’t that easy to answer? he even gave me the estimated value for my S4 and briefly went over the process. David was even smart enough to let me know where they were in the mall before i asked just so i wouldn’t make the mistake to drive myself to this store even by chance. forget this place.

Businesses with outstanding staff and service deserve the best ratings even if their products aren’t the most perfect.
This T-​Mobile branch is no exception. Our rep Sean was extremely polite, knowledgeable and gives the best advice. He even took the time to explain some useful features on our Galaxy S3s.
All we needed was a $ 5 SIM card adaptor!

I’ve been an AT&T user for over 12 years… when my phone was stolen this past weekend I decided it was time for a provider change, as AT&T would have charged me an arm and a leg to get my phone needs back on track. After researching all the major carriers, it came down to Sprint and T-Mobile…I went to both stores and asked my questions but the customer service at T-​Mobile was much better and I feel that the sales rep really leveled with me about costs and my needs. I worked with Ernest M — he was very patient and helpful when I asked all my questions and really made sure I understood everything about everything before I signed a new contract with a brand new provider. All in all I was really, really happy with my experience here. Hope the service is good! :)

I have been to this store a few times over the past few years and finally did some business here to warrant an review. My earlier trips to browse phones in their lineup.
The service rep was courteous and friendly and actually gave us the skinny on the pros and cons of each plan which was cool and over and beyond what other sales rep do.
We were looking for a galaxy note II in white that they did not have in store. Our rep was good enough to call the other local store and check availability, which they did have in stock.
She said she would do all the paperwork here and all we had to do was pickup the phone and pay for it at the other store — all fine and dandy.
But when we got to the other store, we found out that nothing was done other than entering our info in the system with her as the sales rep!
So we had to spend another 30 minutes here and get everything setup!
The 3 stars is for her knowledge and friendly nature and minus one for wasting our time!

I went to this store to play with newly released Galaxy Note II. However there was only a plastic model and the guy there was not friendly. Glad I’m not a T-​Mobile subscriber.
