Little Caesars Pizza

Ok so you are wondering why would I give this place a 5 star review… Well I’m the junior tennis coordinator at Courts Plus Fitness Center in Elmhurst. We had been using another local company and it was $ 90.00 for 5 pizzas plus pop. We do pizza 4 times a week with out different junior tennis teams. So I was in a bind I called them up and said I need 10 large pizzas right away and to my amazement the reply was 15 minutes. So figure $ 5.00 a pizza is $ 50.00 that’s 50% better than what i was paying before and it tastes the same. So now this is the go to place and I see huge on my budget of pizza! The food isn’t the problem here. It’s the lazy staff and poor management.
Of all the locations LC’s has, they should be ashamed of this one. Maybe 2 years ago this place had a bunch of young ladies working here, but they ran it like a finely tuned machine. The service was fast, the food fresh and the inventory was always stocked… so there was never an issue with leaving with what you came in search of.
But in the past year the service has noticeably gone down. Let’s see… in my last four visits to this location I came in search of LC’S stuffed crust pizza… and each time I was told that they cannot take that order because their «out of the cheese to make the crust» …now that’s fine. I can accept that once or twice coming in there… BUT 4 SEPERATE VISITS OVER A TWO MONTH SPAN??? How long does it take to order cheese?! So honestly I call bullshit here. Theres one of maybe two things going on here… 1. You’re so incredibly busy that you keep selling out right before i conveniently get there every time (which I highly doubt) …or 2. Your lazy-​ass manager (the one that’s always sitting up front, behind the counter off to the side on her cell phone every time I come in there) forgets to re-​order it everytime it’s time to place an re-​stocking order. Seriously… get off your ass and do something! Talk about a termination that is long over due. Needless to say in addition… the beverage cooler up front is rarely stocked either. They tend to let it get bone-​dry before they reconsider filling it back up.
This place is pathetic and sadly going down the drain faster than it can sell a ‘Hot & Ready”. In my opinion… thet need to change out the management and restaff the place from the bottom on up and simply hope for the best from that point on because thats the only way I’m personally going to bring my business back to that place.

Went back there today. At least the pizza was decent this time. I’ve gone to this location before and had dough with tomato sauce that was over cooked. Today the pizza was cooked well and was actually HOT. However, the gentleman that served me did not look please to be there. Come on man, at least fake it when you have a customer there.

I had a coupon that says for a large pizza. It does not say what type of large pizza. They did not accept it for deep dish which i wanted. They say their deep dish was hot and ready, but it was not. They gave me a bogus excuse that is just for the pepperoni. There was nothing that said that in a store or on an ad. I had to wait 15 mins for a pizza. Their deep dish pizza was good, but the service was awful! I commented on little caesars website about this and never received a response!
