I owe KBS a great deal of gratitude. I just bought and moved into my condo when I was disheartened by the AC being out. I called several hvac techs, all of whom told me the compressor was out on my heat pump and I’d have to replace the system, including craning it to the roof. KBS was recommended to me by my HOA. They came out and said just the fan motor needs to be replaced. I was skeptical, but the next day they fixed it and cold air is blowing! I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend KBS! They are honest and knowledgeable and saved me thousands at at time when I really needed it!
