There are a few times in life when you experience the perfect meal paired with unparalleled service. This was not one of those times. After looking forward to a delicious meal all day my guest and I were seated in an empty section of the dining room right next to 2 older ladies that were using profanity that would make a long haul trucker feel offended. Received our beverages. My unsweetened iced tea was missing lemon and my guest discovered the sugar dispenser was empty. The waiter advised that I could not have onion rings instead of fries with my burger as they don’t have onion rings with their burgers however I could order the $ 9.99 Onion ring tower(Feeds up to 12 adults). Our order was delivered at which time the waiter could not tell which burger was well done and which medium. We checked. Both Well overdone. The fries were soggy and may have been better with ketchup(if we had some). Upon finishing up they were happy to seat someone next to us(Elderly biker ladies left) That had the hygiene of a neglected farm animal, was obese and plopped down like it was taking a beanbag dive). Thanks for the free dessert card however it will not be used nor will we return.

It’s a decent stop for some grab food and some drinks. Really not the first place I think of when I want food or drinks though. The only time I do come to this spot is to celebrate St. Pattys. It’s close by home and gets a good turn out. Other than that one day a year, it’s a no go.

Shannon is the best. She has a fun, engaging sense of humor and lots of funny stories. Stop by and visit her and you won’t regret it.

Bennigan’s used to be my absolute favorite restaurant. It always had great food, good vibes. Then out of nowhere it seemed all the Bennigan’s closed. A HANDFUL(and I mean maybe 20?) that were franchises remained open across the country. About 5 years ago we went to one and the food tasted nothing like I remembered. I was so disappointed. Then recently we found out there was one in Vineland NJ. Its about an hour drive for me and my boyfriend but one day we decided«Why not?» It was a weekend night and the restaurant was not very busy at all but the bar area was. We chose to sit in the restaurant section. Our waitress was very very nice and when we got out menu’s we saw that all of our favorite foods were still on the menu. Monte Cristo, Turley O’Toole, Irish Dip. I got the Monte Cristo and my boyfriend got the Turkey O’Toole and we shared. They tasted EXACTLY the way we remembered! Right down the to flavor of the honey mustard we got to dip our fries in! The prices are VERYVERYVERY good. I believe the Monte Cristo was $ 8? And that is one HUGE sandwich. It was so good that we got some food to go for the next day since we had driven an hour. Weve been back 3 or 4 times now. Even though its a bit of a drive, its SO great to have our favorite restaurant back! And every single time the staff has been AMAZING. I would really love to see the Bennigan’s chain pick up again, but until then we will be making many visits to the Vineland location! Oh! Last but not least! If you like mixed drinks they have a GREAT selection. My favorite was the Pub Punch! So GOOD!

Stopped here while staying at the Hampton Inn. The server brought our menu to us and there was an ant on it. When I brushed it off the menu the server asked what I was doing. When I responded wiping the ant off my menu she said,” Oh, those ants are everywhere.” That is the point I got up and left.

Looked for a place to have a quick, late evening dinner! Kylee, waitress, was great and food was really good. French Onion soup was good but warm; not hot! First time we dined at Restaurant; can’t wait to go back again!

When we went in to grab late night munchies we were a little surprised that it’s the local Hispanic night club. Kinda weird. Food wasn’t bad though, service was ok also.

Subpar food, bad service, long waits for food even if it’s not busy. Very loud in there too. No reason most on these franchises closed. This one is privately owned I believe. There are better places to go in the area than this dump.

My boyfriend and I came here since it was right opposite the hotel we were staying in. The cottage pie and ribs we had were to die for. I would recommend it to any person who happens to be here. Our server Hannah was one of the best waitresses I have ever met. Friendly, cheerful and made us feel right at home. Great place and great food!

It’s Bennigans. Good burgers, friendly wait staff, decent atmosphere. Has a little playroom with air hockey and a couple other games for older kids.

My boyfriend and I came here before we went to the drive in down the street. I came here because they have an amazing green apple soda that is not on the menu but it can be made. Several people didn’t know what I was referring to but luckily an employee walking by has been there for quite some time and knew what I was referring to. It’s delicious, you should try it! Courtney was our server and she was wonderful. The food was amazing. I got the usual Monte Cristo which was a large portion for a reasonable price. My boyfriend enjoyed his entrée as well. We will definitely be stopping in more now that we frequent the drive in!

This place sucks ass I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for my food. They have been trying to make me full with chips and salsa and they also do not know what a cherry coke is. Would give zero stars if possible.

My experience with this Bennigan’s has been a bit of a mixed bag over the years, once having discovered something rather nasty in my soup. That said, it happens and I’ve been back and am generally glad I have because the atmosphere, service and food here is usually quite decent(usually quite tasty, albeit on the greasier side). I’m not sure why it has such an overall low rating because this is definitely not one of the worse places around and unlike many, they can actually serve alcohol with your meal. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you, this place is pretty decent for what it is.

Don’t waste your time. I followed the directions and went straight to the bar and still had awful service. They had 4 people behind the bar and they all weren’t paying attention. I ordered water and the bartender gave me a refill of a Long Island.

I came here because it is in front of the hotel I’m staying in. We had a Bennigans near where I live and it went from OK to plain sucking. I just had a burger that was as good as they get. Totally unexpected. Don’t come to Bennigans expecting a great steak dinner and you should leave quite pleased! It’s a bar food place

I wish I could give zero stars. Well me and my girlfriend went here on a recommendation for her coworker. We just found out that we are expecting our first child, which made this occasion special. However coming here completely destroyed our joy. We were quickly sat, the only quick thing about this place. We waited 15 minutes, the restaurant was slow, for our server. After going up to the bartender and asking if we would be taken care. Suddenly a woman claiming to be a «manager» came to talk to us. When we were approached by the«manager» she asked what has been going on for me to go to a bartender. I told her, the response was«Sorry your server was terminated, someone will be right with you». We waited another 5 minutes, no drinks nothing. We got up to leave. The«manager» stopped us and told us that we can’t eat and leave because she’ll call the cops and laugh as we go to jail. I explained that call the cops, we didn’t even get drinks. So we sat at this dive bar place for almost an hour, and got threatened.

When you are in the middle of nowhere Vineland NJ, this is a decent place to eat after you’ve landed at your hotel and don’t feel like driving to eat. Superior service in the bar, ordinary food, but good.

Called for room service — got Put on hold for 12 mins — so your best bet when staying at the two adjacent hotels — just go over and order — but do not order from the less than friendly hostess — go straight to bar — the bar staff is very on top of their game — friendly and responsive. Food is pretty decent and the prices are very reasonable. On a side note the manager, Tony, is kind a jerk to the wait staff — just saw him in action — waitress was asking a reasonable question — and he was terribly annoyed. Hey man — it doesn’t cost anything to be nice.

After the rash of Bennigan’s closures a few years back, it seemed like this family chain was going to soon be gone. However, there are still a few sites, like this one out in the middle of pretty much nowhere. We figured we’d have a meal here before Bennigan’s is completely gone. As soon as we sat down at Bennigan’s, a large basket of chips and French onion dip was plopped down in front of us. They were so good, we couldn’t stop gorging on them! I think the chips are made on premises, they’re so fresh. And that dip! Was just what I needed. Salty, oniony, creamy – like French onion soup on top of a chip. I would have taken some home, but we ate them all! The ribs were standard chain fare, on par with ribs you’d find at Chili’s or Tony Roma’s. A little extra meaty, a bit lean, but still fall-off-the-bone tender. The sauce wasn’t anything too memorable, your typical barbecue sauce with a bit of sweetness. Entrees usually come with two sides, and they’re pretty good with substitutions, so don’t think that the sides written on the menu are the ones you HAVE to get. Portion sizes are huge; most tables around us had to-go boxes. They’ve got a full bar with a few wines, standard beers, and a great alcohol selection… but would you really do shots at Bennigan’s?
