The customer service here sucks. i ordered the 20 pc nugget meal, where it comes with 2 med drinks and 2 medium fries. After pulling off, i noticed i was missing a a med fry, which is so common for this Mcdonalds. My son went in and got the med fry. then I noticed they did not give me my med soda that came with it. So I went in, and toldthem I was also missing a soda with my order. The girl working goes over to the manager, and says” Oh, now she is saying she is missing a medium soda now.” So the manager comes over, I showed her my reciept, and explained how I was missing a med fry, and drink… she starts saying to me“No, No No… listen here… the value bundle doesnt come with drinks, its 2 Big Macs, 2 Cheeseburgers, a 10 pc nugget, and 2 med fries… NO Drinks! «» I said Well OK, but I didnt order the bundle… genius…I ordered the 20 pc nugget meal, and just look on my reciept… so finally she glances at it, rolls her eyes, and said «ugh! just give her a small drink, and slams the small drink cup on the counter and walks away… NO, I am supposed to get a MEDIUM drink not a small, I payed for a medium drink. She rolls her eyes again, and finally gives me the medium cup… REALLY??? Wow, what a way to treat paying customers. never again. they can shove it where the sun dont shine…

Wow, no coffee whaaaat! Do I expect too much from Mickey D’s, unbelievable. Breakfast sandwich was good but no coffee was a first and very disappointing.

Customer service is NON existent here. I know some may not expect much customer service from a fast food. I haven’t loss my hope I guess

Service is so bad, I’ll never visit again. Service has never been good, but they always find to find ways of underserving what was previously thought to be an all-​time low.
I decided to give this place another chance. I went in and there were two folks in front of me who had ordered. I ordered. Fifteen minutes later I demanded my money back.
My order of two Egg McMuffins was too challenging for these folks.
Anyone who dines here is warned.
