Poor selection and rude staff. I stopped in to pick up a couple of items for a co-worker’s party. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter didn’t even look up, let alone acknowledge my entrance. I grabbed my items and paid. She never said a word during the transaction. No have a nice day, no thank you, no good bye, no nothing. It was a little awkward so I said thanks and she didn’t even bother to reply to that. My first and last visit here.

I live close to this store and usually get good customer service but for the past 2 weeks on Sundays I had the worst experience. It was closing time but the sign said OPEN and I went in to shop. The employees rushed me saying I had 2 min and they counted their money already being really UNFRIENDLY. I’ll take my business down the road where customer service is excellent and very FRIENDLY and KIND.

I sent my less than favorable Unilocal review to the customer service (or «contact link») on their official website with no response. These people do not care how their customers are treated nor do they care if you come back. I’m starting to think either the message was deleted before an owner read it, or that horrible, horrible woman was an owner herself. Either way, the lack of response after more than a month just verified that I’m making the right decision in never going back there.

The neighborhood liquor store. Good customer service, very friendly and helpful. They remember faces. They also have a humidor with lots of great cigars!
