A Mover

Tom and Tommy are both friendly and professional, and in order not to damage any furnishings or belongings, they take their time and do things right the first time. Thanks guys!

Oh my gosh what a nightmare!!! We hired this company and told them price was not an issue. Whatever it took to get all our stuff moved from one place to the next. Having tight time constraints, we had to have them on time. You would think that any company would jump at that! Not this one. They showed up an hour and a half late, without the packers, with the wrong sized truck, without gas in the truck, with the wrong attitude. They refused to take a quarter of our stuff !! Reason… their packers didn’t pack it right two years ago when we went into the storage locker. We had to pay an additional month rent and another company to complete the job when management didn’t return phone calls. Oh and the movers gave me the riot act when i asked that my sleep number not be placed in the garage but the b bedroom. Gad in a military community there are plenty of options. This company has definitely gone down Hill. They claim to be pro military but they did us no favors here.
When you read the other reviews you know two things, they won’t show up on time and do not honor their commitments.

I had a good experience with Two Men and a Truck for my move out of a 2 bedroom apartment into a larger house. Terry was super nice and helped me understand their fees and what to expect during the process.
The movers were a bit late showing up and I had to call in. I found out that someone was supposed to have called me and that the guys were running behind on another move. Once they showed up, however, I was super impressed with the team. They worked fast — you pay by the hour — and were efficient in getting our things moved. The head mover had control over the process and did a good job directing his guys. Once they were at the new house, the carefully and quickly got my furniture inside and were careful not to dirty the rugs or damage anything.
All-​in-​all, I would say it was a good experience and would recommend using this local company for a local move. I have used other movers before and had horrible experiences and this was much, much different.

My husband and I scheduled our move with Two Men and a Truck a month prior to our move and called a week in advance to confirm the date. The movers were supposed to show up between 9 – 9:30am, but when we didn’t see them by 10 we called the main office. By 10:30am we were able to get in touch with our mover who said he’d be another 2 – 3 hours. When we hadn’t heard from them by 2 we called several times and left voicemails, but received no response. By 3 the mover’s phone was going straight to voicemail (we suspect he turned his phone off) and there was no one at the main office to assist us. At 4 we decided to cut our losses and hire Hercules Moving, which saved the day. We never heard back from the original mover or received an apology. Terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism.
