We have had the worst experience today with this company. They send us 1 guy to pack our 11,000 lb house in 1 day. When speaking with the supervisor, we were given rude tones and no help what so ever and just awful. I will never recommend this company and if the military moves us again and they send this company to pack us out, we will refuse service. United Vanlines needs to cut their contract with this company and find a better company that does not overbook their packers and cause this much stress on everyone involved!!!

Would not use again. 9 damaged items in my move. We have found other items (that don’t belong to us) in our dresser that has been in their storage facility for the last 6 months. Can not get a return phone call back. The cost mysteriously went up the day of our move.

Having been in the military and moved numerous times, this was by far the worst move that I have ever experienced. I had bad packers and even worst movers. I also had my sofa crushed in the warehouse. These are just a few of the problems that I encountered. I picked the company based on the testimonials on their website – Big mistake.

Austin, TX
We used Brooks transfer for our move from Williamsburg VA to Austin TX. A bunch of our expensive furniture was damaged. We filed some insurance claims as they asked us to do but they wee extremely slow in responding. As of now, we still have not managed to get any money for the damages or have them fix any of our furniture. I would never use this company again.

Brooks Transfer and Storage moved my mother in law from Virginia to South Carolina. Everything arrived in great shape and extremely well packed. Jeff, our mover, was so helpful and willing to do whatever we needed. Our things were being sent to two different locations and had been tagged for that. Once we got some of the things in to the apartment we decided they needed to go to storage and he didn’t mind putting them back in the truck. He got rid of all the empty boxes and packing materials for me too. I really appreciate his hard work and willingness to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. If all the employees are this good I would highly recommend this company for your next move.
