Best customer service! The front desk lady was so great! She always welcomed us when we came in, suggested places to go, and she even gave us a personal tour of VA beach. She also went as far to share her own cigarettes with us! Hands down felt like royalty there! And even if all that isn’t enough — who needs to go to a repair shop to get your car fixed, when their on site handyman can do it for free!!! Got my headlight fixed at the hotel. No need to go to Advance Auto Parts when you have Atrium Resort! Look forward to going back next time I’m in VA beach!

This place is alright. Clean rooms, pretty good services available. I like that they give you the towel cards to check out beach towels that you can bring and use anywhere(*warning* do not lose the towel or towel card! It’s 23 $ for the one towel/card if lost) the maintenance guys were helpful and could fix probably every problem in the room with just a call to the front desk. I enjoy that they have an «adult hour» in the pool so you can enjoy the hot tub or pool for a while in peace

the customer service at this hotel is horrid. Management is non-existent and hotel staff lack basic service skills. Randy n at the front desk needs a lesson in service and accommodating guests.

Stayed there last year. In-laws had timeshare there so we stayed in another room. Chlorine smell is overpowering, hits you in the face once you pass their entrance air freshener. Rooms are dark. Cheap thin carpet over cement floor. Long walk to beach. Busy intersection there too. Lots of noise. The staff is very pleasant. The laundry facilities are free, bring your own detergent though. Large fridge too. No bad overall, but price is too much when you can stay ON the beach for less.
