Clean and great service. Went during busy lunchtime and it was so fast. The restroom is stocked with items you may need. There are fresh flowers on every table. The play area is clean and so much fun for kids. Plenty of parking.

The drive-​thru at this location always has a very long wait, but the food has yet to let me down.

Diff the best fast food joint, kids love playing in the play area and i feel like this place is really clean in comparison to other fast food places. They also come to your table offer to get your refills and throw away your trash

Waited 25 minutes and got stuck in their drive thru and couldn’t back up or pull out to the side. When I called the manager she just said sorry but didn’t offer any way to fix it and was fairly indifferent. This made me late to work. Won’t be going back here

Awesome customer service, better than some restaurants!!! Keep up the good work!!! From the cashier to the person that brought us our phone, everyone was genuine, friendly, and personable.

I love me some chick fil a! We had spent all day packing and getting ready to move and spending a shit ton of money on paint, that when we got hungry i dug out some gift cards. The lines, oh the lines are long but move rather quickly. I spent a total of 15 minutes in line waiting to order, get food, and then out. Not to shabby.
I got the spicy chicken sammie and it was pure heaven. And gotta love the chick fil a sauce to use as a dipper. The boyfriend got the spicy deluxe with bacon added and he devoured it.
We both finished the night of packing with happy bellies

What’s not to love about Chick Fil A?! Their chicken sandwich is distinct and utterly delicious. Like all the locations I’ve been to their super friendly employees are no different. No wonder there is always a long line at their chains. I also appreciate the associates who stand outside at the drive thru lanes taking orders.
They have a new Frozen Coffee drink that I enjoy as well!

Chick fil a is normally a favorite go to fast food place but the drive through her was VERY disappointing on customer service. Management must be absent here.
About 15 minutes ago, I drove in for a quick milkshake. Things were normal until I got to the window. The girl at the window could see the cup was a mess… not a dribble…1/3 of the side covered in melted milkshake and she still tried thrusting it into my truck window and seemed put out when I held it outside the window and asked for napkins.
She did even attempt to wipe the cup and as it turns out she didn’t have napkins at the window. All the while she smiled like nothing was wrong as the mess ran over my fingers and on the side of the vehiclw.
What I should have done was forced her to do her job and take back the bad product.
Is there a manager at this branch? This was the first time I’ve had bad service at any chick Fila

I for some reason never end up getting my order, every time I come to this location I always end up getting someone else’s food. And not to mention, this particular time, the manager who was at the drive through window was yelling at her employees the entire time I was at the window. Not very professional if you ask me, not to mention I’m almost positive everything she was yelling could’ve waiting until they were no longer busy. Good food… Even if it’s not mine, they just need to understand the purpose of customer service. «My pleasure» doesn’t make up for the yelling at employees in front of your customers.

This was my second time there. Food is always good but not too thrilled with customer service. Sub par at best. I work in customer service so kind a pet peeve for me.

Always good but always busy. If u go in its speeds up the process at times but also sometimes their employees come out to take Ur order.

Everything I’ve ever ordered is amazing. it’s a good day when I have chickfila. i love the spicy chicken sandwich. .there really is nothing like it!
The service is fantastic for a fast food chain, I have 2 toddlers and honestly it’s not easy taking them to a restaurant. but the staff are very accommodating. They have offered to fill my tea and bring it to me so I don’t have to go threw such a hassle with the kids being there and all.and.i love the play place. What is better than taking your kids out filling them up and letting them spiral out all of there energy. nothing that’s what. except maybe nap time afterwards.
And they have certain days where they help raise money for the church. they bring out the cow costume too. honestly anything wearing a head freaks me out but for some people that is great.
Darn now I want some chickfila

Went through Drive Thru today for my free iced coffee (if you haven’t seen my tip, they are giving free small hot coffees and medium iced coffees for free all month long) and waffle fries. The line was hellla long! OMG! I only had a 30 min break and it took almost 15 mins waiting for my turn! Not their fault though– there were lots of people in that line.
Anyways– so I got my coffee and was ready to drive off when the drive thru girl yelled out «DONNNT GOOOO!!» lol. i’m such an idiot. Almost left without my fries! She even cracked a joke about it. I’m forever grateful for that drive thru girl. She didn’t let me leave with my fries. I would’ve been pissed: P

Dearest Chick-​fil-​a management. This morning I was borderline devastated when en route to work I realized that I had left your fine establishment without my cinnamon cluster. I had paid for and received my first order of a
Chick-​n-​Minis™ meal at register 4 (8:14 a.m. Jan. 30) when I decided that it was a cinnamon cluster kind of morning. I needed to brighten up this gray, misty morning. I placed and paid for a second order for the breakfast dessert (8:17 a.m.) and my delightful cashier informed me that I ‘d made a great choice because it was totally worth it. Imagine my disappointment at my incomplete breakfast.
Next time… drive-​thru.

Another excellent outpost for good Ol’ Christian Chicken.
We showed up today right after eleven and things were already in high gear with a decent sized lunch crowd already inside for a weekend.
All of the usual CFA elements were in play:
1. Stepford-​like friendly environment.
2. Even though they were busy the wait for the food was negligible.
3. Order done with 100% accuracy.
4. Food tasted like it always does.
5. Restaurant was cleaner than clean as two associates were doing laps sweeping, wiping, mopping, condiment restocking and removing trash.
If it gets better in fast food I don’t know where and this CFA lives up to the chain’s reputation.

This location is ALWAYS busy, breakfast, lunch or dinner! I always have excellent customer service here too. Like other CFA locations in the area they have two employees take orders on iPads at the drive through instead of using the intercom. It is a great personal touch and I do thing it speeds things along. This is a great location, even though you have to wait a little longer than some fast food places.

Not even sure if this is the right one but what the heck! They are all great, friendly and fantastic service. A guy even came around and offered to take our cups and get us free refills! WHO does that??? Forget all this crap some people say about chick fila and their stance on sundays, who cares?! These stores are the best fast food restaurants period

This is my local home location and I love it — it’s probably about 5 minutes (2 miles) down the road from my house.
I haven’t really ever had any bad experiences here… service is prompt and the food is good. There is ample parking outside and it is centrally located on Lynnhaven Parkway near the mall and in a little strip mall with a few other stores.
No complaints! Your standard Chick-​Fil-​A.

Like Ellen, I tend to only stop by on days I forget my lunch to grab a salad. The service here is AMAZING. They say «My pleasure» whenever you thank them, and they always sound totally happy to be there. Not only that, but the folks at the window are always very professional and one guy even once asked me if I had any fun weekend plans. Not being a weirdo, just being friendly and making small talk while we waited. I have had a few little mishaps (forgot chicken on the salad once and another time forgot dressing) but I really never care because they are that nice about everything. The bad thing is that now I judge every other fast food experience to this one and I am always totally let down.

I don’t eat fast food very often, but sometimes I stop by this Chick-​fil-​A on my lunch break (when I’ve forgotten my lunch from home). I order the chicken strips salad or a chicken sandwich. But this review isn’t about the food, it’s about the service/​atmosphere. I’ve been to this location 2x within the past couple of months. I was really surprised the 1^st time I went. I guess it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a fast food restaurant, but things seemed to have been kicked up a notch! The employees behind the counter are ridiculously friendly & they answer almost every question with a smiling «it would be my pleasure». Someone even came by my table to offer me a refill & ask if there was anything else I needed. And then when I left, another employee insisted on clearing my tray & trash for me. Wow! Oh & the entire restaurant was very clean. What a great experience at a fast food spot!
