I would have given this restaurant 4 stars at least until I was trying to use a Unilocal check in offer for a free small frosty. not only did the cashier and the manager tell me they have never ever heard of Unilocal they didn’t want to give me my free small frosty even after showing them my phone that said Unilocal check in offer for free small frosty. I eventually got my free small frosty but the fact that they insisted that they have never heard of Unilocal is kind of ridiculous to me…

The manager saw the post and she was quick to response apologize for her people and replace my order the next day after incident.

Food was good as always with Wendy’s although I have noticed decrease in size of actual burger. Décor is very nice and updated which is great! Love, love, love the drink machines. I wish more restaurants had them. Love that you can get caffeine free diet drinks with a choice of flavors. Will be going back just for that. I was mostly impressed with the customer service. The person who served my food was so nice, I wish I had gotten her name so I could post it. She made a great example of really good customer service which is my field so I am always aware of it and deeply appreciate it in this world where it is too often forgotten.

If you haven’t been in this Wendy’s recently, you are in for a surprise. They have torn down the not so attractive building and replaced it with a much more appealing structure outside and in!
When you walk in, there is a seating area in front of a faux fireplace. When you walk up to make your order, you will notice that everything is open. You can see your food being prepared, and also gives much more room to wait for your order. The speed of the food is typically Wendy’s, which I’ve come to love.
This is one of the few places I’ve seen «The Ultimate Coke Machines» where you can match up your favorite coke beverage and add a flavor to it. The store was very clean (including the bathroom) and the staff was excellent.
I don’t like really going into fast food restaurants to eat, but I will do this again at this Wendy’s!

Was a good Wendy’s. A little old, but the manager said that they are really close to tearing down the old one and building a new one. The sales staff was very nice.

This place was disgusting!!! Flies were everywhere. I placed my order and went to sit down at a table but my food was being attacked by flies. I ended up taking my food and eating in my car in the parking lot! Not only is this place infested with flies its dirty and outdated. I will never go to the Wendy’s on Lynnhaven ever again! You couldn’t pay me. I should of left and gone elsewhere the first time.
