It’s Chick Fil A, so the food is awesome and the staff are friendly. What needs improvement is the traffic pattern and drive thru. A while back they installed a second lane in the drive thru. I am not sure what the intention was here, but it certainly didn’t help anything. The wait in the DT is ridiculous. It is currently 7:36 on a Tuesday and I am in my 10th minute and not up to the menu board yet. Normally I would go inside, but I just got back from a run and am not pretty and don’t smell like a rose. And besides, when I do go in, the DT lane backs up into the parking lot and I can’t get out. Love CFA for the people and food, but this is cray cray.

This is the closest Chic Filet to me and I don’t eat here just because it’s close, but because it’s the best in the area. The customer service is great, food is always fresh, and I always leave satisfied.

I do enjoy Chik-fil-a and normally they don’t mess up. But I ordered a #1 with lettuce and tomatoes. While I’m waiting for my order I over hear a lady telling the drive thru person to make sure to pay attention bc she messed the ladys drink up in front of me. I get home and it was grilled. Just disappointing.

Always fresh fries and food! Chikfila is expensive, but I obviously don’t mind. Love it here.

This place is amazing! The staff are always smiling and so very polite. The place is clean; especially the kid play area! I have tried everything on the menu. And everything is so delicious. The drive– thru is always so long, but they are so speedy to get you your order. And even when you order inside and it’s packed they get your food right out to you. My kids favorite part is returning the toy, from the kids meal, for ice cream.

I love this place excellent service and amazing food. even though they were packed my food and drinks were brought out quickly and they brought it to the table for me which was very nice considering I had 3 toddlers with me. they have a play place to go run off all of the energy. rose was so sweet and helpful I was taking my tray up and she insisted on dumping it for me. love this place! Better service than most actual restaurants!

This is my neighborhood CFA every time I go here they forget something, my fries, my sauce, a straw I got a grilled chicken sandwich and the lettuce was black and fries were not cooked fully … Every single time they get something wrong, so frustrating, definitely not my favorite CFA, sometimes drive thru staff are not so friendly like most CFA I’ve been to.

So this is my neighborhood chic fil a and I drive thru several times a month. i bought 6 calendars at Christmas as gifts and kept one for myself. Thing is I could never remember to put the calendar card in my wallet. Today I drive through with my card and order a drink and the«freebie» — it’s May about time I received some of the free stuff. But no! One more hoop to go through! They wouldn’t accept my card because you have to register it online! So I paid drive off and realized I could’ve had a meal with fries for this price AND I didn’t get my sauce … So frustrating ! Although the portions are smaller the food is still good and fresh.

I ask for a large ice water with my combo meal and was told that I would be charged extra for the meal because I was getting a water instead of soda. Way to go on making a buck instead of pleasing your customers. Not only that when I received my food it was over cooked, bland and beyond greasy, YUCK!

Just the best for fast food. No one moves a drive through like these folks. When you order inside they bring to your table. Always courteous and helpful. 4 stars for fresh, friendly and fast!

Chick-fil-A is now officially on my BANNED list. How sad, because I love their food. Again, it’s because of the recent experience I had there.(Read previous post/review.) The update is: that when I heard from the adjuster again, I was told that the medical claim was denied, because, «Chick-fil-a is not liable because there were(Wet Floor) signs posted.» So just like that, it’s over. Nothing. LUCKILY, I am ok. The awful bruises have faded and the pain in my shoulder is all gone. BUT like I said, what if the pain or injury was worse than what it was? Just because there are signs, that means 0% liability for anyone who slips and falls? No help whatsoever?! Yup, pretty much! And what irks me too, is that I called the main/corporate CHICK-FIL-A cares #, and gave my report, and the woman was kind and said, «I will escalate this to the owner of this particular franchise.» Do you think I’ve heard anything at all, a call? Voicemail? Email? Nada! And again, what I have said so redundantly, all over facebook and here on Unilocal,is that I’m not after their money. No way was gonna sue them or anything at all. It was just the principle — they didn’t cover even an xray at the time, when I needed it. If it had been bad enough that I did go to the ER when this fall had happened, I would have been stuck w/this bill because, «There were signs.» I know it’s also the adjuster who made the decision, not Chick-fil-a, but in speaking with«corporate» after it was denied, and the incident being«escalated to the operator of this particular establishment,» you would think that I would have heard something by now, even a «Just checking on you. Sorry this happened to you.» Nope. Chick-fil-a has lost a customer. My family too, and a few friends. Not many compared to the millions of customers that it does have, but still. They used to have my respect & business. My mom came here ATLEAST once a week. No more. BOOOOOOOOO!

Fast food preference. The product always taste fresh. The staff are the nicest of people to deal with. The high integrity and quality of this chain shines as an example of a well run, value based business. I like the vanilla shakes too.

Quick at the drive through and accurate as I ordered a number one, hold the pickle(I just giggle saying that) with a Diet Coke. Easy, fast, on my way with my waffle fries and chicken sandwich! I like that they put napkins in there without having to be asked.

I can’t help it. I love the spicy chicken sandwich with a dollop of barbecue sauce smeared across the bottom of the bun along with that important pickle. The #4 combo with a lemonade fills me with a sense of shame and self-loathing every time I eat it. But eat it I do. Its the only thing that takes the junk-sick feeling away. This must be what addiction feels like. I’m too much of a pussy to go the oxycodin route or whatever other forms of Hillbilly Heroin are out there. This will have to suffice. Whenever I get the shakes I’ll just head for the nearest Chick-Fil-A.

I love all Chick-Fil-A stores and the food here is excellent. It is also very nearby to my house. My complaint is the location. It it situated in the same parking lot as Wal-Mart on Lynnhaven near Salem. This particular shopping center was designed very poorly. It has one main entrance into it at a stop light which is where the majority of traffic coming in and out go. At certain times it is a madhouse to get in and out. It’s so bad that they have a guy who is paid to stand there all day long and direct traffic. That is bad. To get out and leave you have to actually go through the drive-through — loop BACK around and if the drive through is backed up you won’t be doing that for a while — then turn left and sit through more traffic to get back to the light and get out of the shopping center parking lot. It’s not fun on a weekend or busy afternoon, trust me. I have gotten stuck in this parking lot a few times before where the line to get out at the light backed up and no one would let me out of Chick-Fil-A to get into the queue to get up to the light(where you have to cross from a stop sign the traffic coming IN before you can get into a line at the light to get out) for 15 – 25 minutes before. I only come here during the middle of the day if I’m off from work and I KNOW it won’t be crowded. Otherwise I avoid it and go to the other Chick-Fil-A on Lynnhaven near the Mall and Red Lobster. It’s worth the extra mile drive for me… Nothing wrong with the food here mind you — just the terrible traffic design.
