Worst service ever! Extremely poorly managed! Every experience here has been horrible! Service is VERY slow, order is never right the first time, and the cashiers are always overwhelmed. Just as an example, it’s a Friday night before Halloween, in the fall when there are football games, and they’re undermanned to handle a crowd. One bright note was that the cashier was extremely polite (which isn’t normal) and was an absolute pleasure to interact with… got my fix. Moving on…

Have you ever had a place in mind that you want to eat, and have to ask yourself is it worth it? Well this place is NEVER worth it. I mean it’s Taco Bell so it’s gonna taste the same wherever you go, but the reason this gets 2 stars is because the drive thru is SOOOOOOOOOOO SLLLLLOOOWWWWW. I kid you not, I was in the drive thru line for an hour. It was 9pm on a Saturday, and there couldn’t have been more than 6 cars ahead of me. I would have left but after you order, you’re basically trapped in line, which concerning on so many levels. The guy in front of me actually fell asleep in his car, we waited that long. When I got up to the window, the cashier tried to blame it on «military payday.» Sorry bud, but I think y’all are just slow.
When I can, I like going inside, it’s equally slow, but I like the face to face interaction and the employees are usually really nice and patient. I would say definitely avoid the drive thru unless you have hours to wait.

Great late night people always fun. fast service a great place for a late night snack at 2am they close a 3.30 am so You can get a gut bomb for the morning crop dusting session

People who work here clearly hate their job… Or the human race. Not sure which. I ordered the breakfast Cheesy Burrito meal from the drive thru and the girl asked «which one»? All I saw on the menu was «Cheesy Burrito»… So I asked «is there more than one?» To which her reply (after a HUGE sigh and probably an eye roll) was «…“sausage…bacon…or steak?» That was just one of the many things that went wrong interacting with her. And they got or order wrong… Which we noticed after biting into it back at work. I’ve been there a few times and just about every encounter is equally as painful. Too bad it’s so close to my work.

This has to be the worst taco bell I’ve been too. The drive through lane always takes forever, even when it isn’t busy. The one guy who is always in the window is rude, has a bad attitude and he never asks if I want any sauce. He just gives me my food and drink and that’s it. Doesn’t even say have a great day or anything! I have to ask for sauce and napkins every time. I love taco bell and I come here often because it is right beside my work. But this is ridiculous!

I come here infrequently, and always go through the drive thru. Every single time they forget my drink and I never notice until I’m already home. I’ve never had issues with food but it’s seriously annoying that I am consistently missing something I’m charged for. I always tell myself «next time, remember to ask for it,» but it’s been weeks since my last trip and I never remember. Then again, I shouldn’t have to.

Not sure why they have a drive through with tow windows and only use one which using both would speed up the drive thru. After all isn’t this fast food? Taco Bell today is an epic fail… had to repeat my order several times not sure if the employees were playing around or what but they should never forget its the customers who makes their paychecks. Do your jobs and play off working hours. Currently still sitting in line now for 8 mins! Ridiculous!

More than once I’ve used the drive thru… and more than once gotten screwed. I don’t think they have a system and the last time I went the lady said I’m just going to hold on to your receipt and dummy I didn’t ask why and then when I got home I didn’t have my potato burrito which is really odd anyway I won’t be going to Taco Bell anymore not only for the drive thru but for anything.

Wrong on so many fronts… You see my check-​ins at Onelife Fitness. I’m up 126 check-​ins. There were a few days I forgot to do so and there were many days I visited the Chesapeake, Newport News, Norfolk or other VB location. All that working out for me to go to Taco Bell?
It’s been a long time since I’ve graced Taco Bell but last night was certainly fitting. First, not many places are open at 1AM. I like to call this «comfort» food after a few drinks.
We were in and out of the drive thru in just a few minutes. Quick and easy service.
Oh yeah… the food. The Doritos Locos Tacos. For a 1AM I’m being stupid and I’m hungry food run this meal hits the spot. If I ever get caught in this predicament again on a Tuesday at 1am I’m going for the cool ranch flavor.

One of the updated designs, this taco Bell still has all the meat and cheese and vegetables that they all have. I would imagine that during the busy lunch rush, this place is a crazy mess to get parked, get into the store, a crowd at the register that’s right next to the soda fountain, inhale your meal and get out. But when it’s not that crazy, it’s almost a pleasant experience.
My order was quickly taken and quickly prepared. I like the «seven layer burrito» as it’s a whole lot of cheese and beans and guacamole and stuff without being layered in messy ground beef. One of the easiest things you can possibly eat while you’re driving (not a good idea on Virgina Beach surface streets, but possible on the highway). Inexpensive, filling, flavorful. What more do you need if you just want a quick meal?

This taco bell has a bad rap on here. Not sure why. I don’t eat taco bell often, maybe once a year or less. This one didn’t seem too bad. It was quick, clean, and friendly in there. They put waaay too much sour cream on my tacos which was a little sickening and, as always, the tomatoes weren’t ripe. Someone else mentioned that the tomatoes always taste funny and that’s bc they are still green.

As far as a Taco Bell goes, this location is ok. They, like most locations stuff the taco full of lettuce as if we are all rabbits but they also use a fair amount of meat and cheese. If you get a mexi-​melt and add chicken they give a good portion of chicken. The one thing I did notice though is that the tomatoes suck. They just don’t taste right. Other than that, it’s Taco Bell!

This entrance is connected to walmart and a bunch of other fast food places. You would think that’s convenient but unfortunately it’s a one way exit. Convenient? I think not.
