Clean environment, good service, and even better food. The sandwiches are delicious and so are the crepes. One of my favorite dessert places.

Eventually I located a spot to get gelato near by!!! its amazing, you can try the flavors before you purchase and the ppl behind the counter are always really friendly and helpful! Additionally I recommend asking for a gelato punch card. its only a little paper card they punch a hole in every time you get a gelato and after so many you get a free one! my husband and i like to go by on friday night after which eat it as we walk around town center, but it’s always quite active on the weekends.

A big fan already! Hubby and I both had small cup gelatos for an after meal dessert and it was very yummy! They had a good selection of flavors available. I chose pistachio and italian chocolate chip and he chose tiramisu and cappuccino. Very very yummy! If we weren’t already full from our dinner I would have chosen the crepes. I’ll be sure to try those out on the next visit!

The gelato was uniquely flavored, sweet, fresh. I loved it. Will definitely return if i’m in the area! I lucked up and got a good parking spot right in front too! The parking would be the only thing I disliked about the place! But overall wonderful place to go for gelato!

It’s Mother’s Day. The line is 15 people deep. And they are Moving efficiently with a smile :) I could not ask for nicer service. The gelato was amazing! I always get pistachio when available. Today I also tried Heath bar and caramel macchiato crunch! YUMMY! Great way to end my Mother’s Day!

We stopped here after a day at Virginia Beach and both the food and gelato were amazing. They had a wide variety of gelato flavors, all of which were delicious. We each got a sandwich and I also got a side salad and all of the food was very fresh. The staff were also very kind. I would definitely go back if I return to the area!

I wasn’t really amazed by the gelato. We had watermelon and salted caramel. Price was ok for the amount you get. Clean place though.

A go to place for Gelato for sure, love this place! This Gelato shop is located in VB town center, so it’s close to everything. I usually come here with my sister or cousins just to satisfy our sweet tooth and of course for the bonding time. After we get our Gelato we walk down to the fountain area and enjoy our tasty delicious delightful yummy in our tummy Gelato!
They have so many flavors to choose from and new flavors each month. I honestly can’t tell you my favorite flavor, bc every time I go I try to choose different ones. But I did like the Hazelnut and Cookies n Cream the most so far, never go wrong with those flavors. You can choose up to three different flavors, maybe even four if you have a cool server hehe.
Not only do they serve Gelato ice cream, but also food selections such as sandwiches, salads and crepes. But sorry to say I haven’t ate there food yet, but maybe one day.
Pro: Such Friendly staff and Wonderful service for sure!
Con: Dirty counters not wiped and Not a lot of room to sit at when it gets busy.

What’s not to love about Confetti?! Love that they offer samples, love that they can mix/​serve more than 1 flavor in your cup or cone, love that they also serve sandwiches and my other favorite, crepes (hello, Nutella Crêpe, hello!)!
Favorite flavors are Sea Salt Caramel, Coffee Crunch, Hazelnut, and Cappuccino. Flavors change all the time but I can assure you every flavor is delicious and lip-​smacking good!
They no longer do the stamp cards but if you ask them, they actually offer a new type of rewards program where you fill out a short and simple slip and I think they store it in their system and it keeps count of how many visits you’ve made when you give them your name. I forgot exactly how many visits you need for a free treat, though. =(

I was appalled at the way the Filipino lady was treating the employees! Screaming and degrading them! I will NEVER go back there! She needs to see a psychiatrist!

Who doesn’t love Gelato? This place has many flavors to choose from, the staff is very friendly, service is wonderful, & they serve more than just Gelato!
I’ve seen the menu and they have lunch items on it, but i’ve never ordered from it. My favorite is an adffogato (which is gelato with expresso). You are welcome to try the different flavors they have, and they try to have new flavors for you to try.
Gelato is a little pricier than your average scoop of ice-​cream depending on where you’re getting ice-​cream from, but it’s worth it. Confetti has a nice atmosphere, clean restrooms, and clean restaurant. Gelato is made fresh, and tastes great!
BTW, after 5 check-​ins you get a free small cone or cup! =]

Service was wonderful! Too many flavors to try! My husband got the cappuccino as he needed some espresso! I loved the pumpkin spice and their Italian chocolate chip. They make sandwiches and they cater/​deliver too!

If you don’t want Cold Stone, Confetti is the other cold confection to walk to in Town Center. Their selection of gelatos are great and you can sample as much as you want.
My favorites are Italian Chocolate Chip and Mint Chip! Never fails.
They also serve crepes were are just as good.

Not much that I can say ahout this place, only that Ive had better, Ive made better sandwhiches than what I ate here. For the price I feel that the portions are small and the flavor is non existent. I had the half sandwich, half salad lunch. That will be my first and last experience here.

We really liked this place. It’s not just your average ice cream joint. They have unique flavors as well as other fairs. Not to mention it’s a good place to get ice cream and go for a walk. Burn off the calories you gain as you eat. They even play music in the square (might just be weekends). So you can walk over there and enjoy some music.

When you are having gelato cravings this is a good place to start. They always have a new flavors everytime I visit. Good thing is they give you free samples if you happen to be indecisive like me. The staff is friendly, they double as baristas if you need a coffee fix to go with the gelato. The coffee bar is limited though, no fancy flavors if you are a frou frou drinker. Basics like hazelnut, vanilla and a sugar free syrup. Anyway you come here for the Gelato not the coffee! Oh the storefront is clean and quiet, plenty of seating. They do offer other food items like sandwiches, overall confetti is consistent and i will continue to patron them for Gelato!!!

The gelatos is fresh and delicious! They have ordinary flavors along with unique like cannoli filling, taramisu and much more! If you want to try something, samples are kindly given, so don’t be afraid to ask! Their crepes are also delicious along with their fresh sandwiches!
Everytime we go, my kids finish two cups of two scoops of gelato each… and they still want more, but mama here doesn’t want to leave with super duper hyper kids, so I limit them to 4 scoops. Hey, 4 scoops is plenty! It’s just that it soo good that they don’t want to stop!

The décor and the quality of this place have worsened. :(The dark orange wall paint, dark wood barricades and countertops, the layout and the «open» sign are not appealing. The tables are dirty because previous customers don’t know how to clean up after themselves. What’s worse is that the gelato is not as creamy and tasty as it used to be. The chocolate chip cookie that is supposedly baked daily tastes like cardboard and plastic. This place was deeeeelicious when it was still a chain and when it had just became an independent shop. However, the staff is nice and the rewards card is great. Since this is the only gelato place around, Confetti needs to step up its game. Pitango Gelato in Reston Town Center would be a fabulous model.

Went here as a way for us to wind down after a nice dinner date. They have seating outside which faces east and is rather nice around the hot afternoon time frame since the seating is both shaded and allows for dogs to chill with you while you people watch.
What’s nice is the fact that you may sample any flavor that you want. Some flavors get kind of crazy and this allows you to make sure you order with confidence. Another neat feature is that if you get a small cup, they allow for two flavors within that same cup. No more getting bored with a single flavor! Woot!
Overall the flavors and stuff is quite yummy. Friendly service, great atmosphere, decent price, what more could you ask for? I would definitely come back for more!

The location and atmosphere is nice. Everything is very clean and has a trendy look inside.
The gelato was just alright, I tried the hazelnut and pistachio. I’ve definitely have had much better gelato for the same price. And we all know gelato is not cheap at all. I found it to be a little too sweet for gelato.
We also ordered the «Royal» Crêpe, which has slices of bananas, strawberries, whipped cream, and loads of nutella. I also added gelato on the side which was an extra $ 2.50. Total came out to over $ 10. I have no idea why I thought it was okay to pay more than $ 10 for a plate of dessert. BUT This is not a small dessert! This dessert portion should feed about 2 – 3 people. There was no way I got close to finishing that.
I also took a glance at the menu, they offered sandwiches, paninis, soups, and salads here. Honestly, they looked rather pricey and judging from the descriptions and a couple photos, just like the gelato, its not worth the price. A «small» salad was $ 6 and the Regular sized salad was nearly $ 9. For like two more dollars you might as well walk across the block to Cheesecake Factory and get one of their crazy huge salads that no one can ever finish.
Lastly, the service was alright. They greeted us and were friendly. However, we had to repeat our order to her about three times even AFTER we had paid and sat down. Weird.
It wasn’t bad, but I just think there are better values and options out there. I probably won’t be back since I don’t necessarily crave gelato and I think I had enough crêpe for the rest of the year.

The food and gelato is a 3 at best. The reason for the reduced rating is the awful customer service I received.
I ordered from one lady a small salad and small gelato which counted for the «duetto» which is a pick two for $ 6.50. To my surprise I get charged a «small» salad the full $ 6.50 and the $ 3.50 for the small gelato. When I asked the lady about it, she said that my order was a small salad while what qualifies for the duetto is a half of a small salad. What? Does that even make sense if the menu shows small salad and not a HALF of one?
Anyway, I stood there looking surprised and all she said snidely was, «it’s only two dollars.» Not the point. And no attitude needed. Honor what your menu is showing. I’d rather rip up and throw two dollars in the trash than give it to the store for misrepresenting their menu.
Your better off with the Cold Stone a block away. With the gelato being just okay, the salad itself was no where close to being worth the $ 6.50.

We were strolling Ynot Wednesday at Town Center and meandered into Confetti. There were only two people ahead of us, not crowded at all. The customer service was spot on. The two ladies behind the counter were very friendly and efficient. I spied and ordered the double espresso in a small cup. I was excited to taste the bitter coffee but it was more similar to a latte with extra milk. Wimpy, wimpy, wimpy. Disappointment for sure.
The moral of this story is to ask for a sample.

Tons of different choices. The man behind the counter was super nice and let us try 4 different flavor a without being rude. Sometimes employees get mad and irritated when you ask to try more than 2 and he was encouraging us to try more.
I had the small cup with crème brûlée and Cannoli cream. They were awesome!!! There also a banana chocolate peanut butter that was good!

I love this place! This place in VB town center is a must go place, if you crave sweets! They have new flavors each month, I Can’t tell you my favorite flavor, bc there are many, but I wish I can eat it from there cooler. Lol. There is one i do recommend when they do have it, bc it rarely pops out on the menu, «Hazelnut Toffee Crunch «it tastes like «Ferrero Rocher» Omg I’m addicted to that flavor, like someone addicted to drugs!

This place is just a little place of heaven. All the times I have been here, have never left unsatisfied. The specials are always great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are pretty fast as well. I truly recommend everyone to stop by, you definitely won’t regret it. You must try their Pistachio gelato

It was hard to decide, everything was so yum! I went for the Banana Praline.
Will be enjoying it more during the warmer months. Such nice staff.

It’s about time that I upgrade my ratings with regards to this place. I totally enjoy myself visiting this place whenever I am in Town Center.
I think the customer service is consistently superb. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They always ensure that you get exactly what you want. They allow you to taste the new flavor and politely ask for a feedback.

I’ve only been here for the gelato, but it’s really good gelato. They have a good selection, and you can sample the flavors before choosing. I’ve liked everything I’ve tried so far.
The place is clean-​looking, and the customer service is ok. I would recommend trying it out.
