Mainly this is a print shop with a FedEx drop box. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you have a frozen biological specimen to ship, you need to take it to the main shipping center a few minutes away.

This is my go to FedEx store. The location is awesome off of Northampton Blvd in Virginia Beach, but borders Norfolk. It’s close to my home and better yet I have come to find since they opened around 5 years ago they have a very helpful staff of employees.
I had to go in on two different occasions a few weeks ago because I hit a bit of a rush. This is more the exception than the rule during the day. However, later afternoons you can see this. I did not mind coming back, so no biggie. On the next day only one person in front of me.
There was a particular lamination for a luggage tag that I needed and it was taken care of quickly and correctly. The woman assisting me was courteous and of course offered to help me with my printer paper needs… ha!
I would recommend them for all shipping, copying, printing and photo needs. If you have to wait, grab a Starbucks three doors down.

Don’t order the calamari here. Because they don’t serve that and would look at you very funny if you did.
This is a typical FedEx Print and Ship, but the service here is way better than others that I have used. I had to return a rental lens, from the time that I walked in until the time that I was walking out the door with the box safely in their hands was about 2 minutes. And I had to wait while the person behind the counter looked up a price for someone else.
They also have some computers set up where you can pay for Internet access (but go to the Starbucks next door with your laptop and get the same thing for free) as well as printing. There is also self serve printers and copiers, I think that I’ve only had to wait for a printer once in multiple visits here.
Interestingly enough, they also have a small selection of books and cards, the perfect gift for someone when you really want to push ‘It’s the thought that counts.’
