McDonald’s

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve seen in the last few years. I only went a second time because I was close and my screaming 2 year old made me.
Apparently the southwest grilled chicken salad is the hardest meal to prepare because on both occasions I ordered it and I had to wait over 10 minutes for it. This is much slower than any standard McDonalds. Oh yeah, last time I went the fountain machine didn’t work so you had to give it to the counter for a refill. Plus, It hasn’t been updated like all the other stores.

If you want McDonalds, DO NOT go to this one!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Usually when I have a break from work, I would head to this McDonald’s to grab a little snack and a large sweet tea and every time it’s the worst experience. The drive thru takes about 20 minutes to get your food which is unnecessary. I feel like they are way under staffed and don’t ever have enough people for the rushes or even when it’s slow. I do give the employees great customer service but they need to speed up things and double check orders. When you ask me grilled or fired and completely give me the opposite it makes me wonder why you even asked me the question in the first place and wasted both our times. This store could use more training and they need to have a manager on shift every time because it seems like the manager does not care about the store and let’s the employees deal with the rush and make every customer angry. I do not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone and rather drive further down the road to the one on bird neck road.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s multiple times. It’s located near the corner of General Booth Blvd. and Birdneck Rd. When you come up to the place, you can see that the place needs some updating since this one has been around for quite a while.
On my most recent visit, we went in to order take out. The order was fairly simple with getting two quarter pounder with cheese combos and some chicken nuggets (those were for the dog at home). It wasn’t busy at the time we came in, but it just seemed like there was no motivation from the staff to help us, along with a few others in here. I felt like I was interrupting their day. After about five minutes when the order was placed, the order was finally ready. At least it came out correctly and with no issues.
Overall, there’s just a slowness to the staff here. If I’m in the mood for McDonald’s, I’ll stick to the one by London Bridge Rd. It’s under the same ownership, but the experiences are like night and day between those locations.

I went to this McDonald’s this morning at 715 am. My order was EXTREMELY simple. A chicken biscuit was American cheese & a parfait. The headset girl was rude & got my order wrong. The cashier boy was untrained & confused while handing out the wrong orders! When I gave the bag back the girl just laughed and then yelled at the boy, she bagged it & tried to rush me out the window with the wrong order. And the drive thru was COMPLETELY wrapped around the building. The cashier boy was kind, but simply untrained & confused. I contacted corporate and I’m waiting for a response. I wasn’t a crazy mean lady, it’s just food, my time & money at the end of the day ! We should receive good service ! I think I’ll be making the extra drive to Chickfila instead

On my most recent visit, I went through the drive-​thru. I’ve never been inside this location because I usually grab some food and go straight to the Shell next-​door. I can honestly say that every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s that I’ve waited in the drive-​thru line for over 15 minutes. Yes yes, the food is always fresh (or as fresh as McDonald’s food can get) and I appreciate that, but you can see there is no sense of urgency, especially through the drive-​thru.
Got two 20-​piece nuggets and 6 cheeseburgers. Came to about $ 17-​something. The woman working the drive-​thru was not pleasant at all. The first thing I saw were the two cheeseburgers for $ 2 the menu, so I ordered it that way. «Can I get three number twos? Just the sandwiches?» You could feel her attitude through the speaker. «So… you want six cheeseburgers.» Typing doesn’t do it justice. What sass! Of course, it doesn’t stop there. She kept asking if that was all I wanted and I said yes, but I don’t think she could hear me, so I drove around. Dude, I could SEE her roll her eyes as I approached. She was looking right at me. What did I do???
The woman who gave me my food was nice, though. She seemed to be in a much better mood.
I’ll still give this McDonald’s three stars despite the rudeness. I have to wait a bit and get some attitude for cheap, hot food, but that’s an okay trade-​off, I guess.

Twice this week went there. Service was SO SLOW! No one there knows what they are doing! Got fries that were still cold and not cooked! Never again

An okay McDonald’s. My #3 with a large coffee was ready quickly. It was exactly what I have come to expect from McDonald’s.

If you want bad and slow service this is the Mc Donald’s for you! If you have a complaint and want to get hung up by their customer care person, then this is the McDonald’s for you. When dealing with the owner, he didn’t seem too concerned about me being hung up. He didn’t even apologize for that happening, instead he said if someone is being indignant he’s hung up on people before. I don’t care how the person is acting, I feel the women (his wife) should’ve said, «This conversation is going nowhere, I am going to hang up now.» The bible says treat others as you’d like to be treated and there is nothing GOLDEN RULE about this store. I will NOT go back… EVER!!! There are plenty of McDonald’s in this area (like about few blocks), so I doubt I’ll have trouble finding one that provides the customer service that is more kind and cares about how they treat their customers at EVERY turn, especially when they have had bad service and need to vent! :(
