McDonald’s

Something here has changed. There are days when everything is acceptable. There are days when nothing is acceptable. The eating areas were FILTHY. the napkin/​straw area looked like a trash heap. The bathroom smells as if it has NEVER been cleaned. The cashier was friendly and efficient.

Absolutely need to take this manager and have him train all staff his customer service was so amazing it caught me off guard! I wanted burrito but not the menu styles! He went out of his way and made specialty burritos just for me! And the teams communication between them was above any expectations I could have imagined! Will proudly say I will recommend this McDonald’s to everyone!

I wish Unilocal gave you the option to add negative stars. This is THE WORST fast food establishment I have ever seen in my life.
For starters, no one can hear you to take your order at the drive through, so you always have to turn your car off, they never give you the total at the drive through, they are extremely rude, the food is never fresh and to top it off, I ordered a medium white hot chocolate and it was ¹⁄₃^rd of the way full, with hot water and whipped cream on top, called them to complain and they were extremely rude. Always a pleasant time with them. This is the third time I’ve ever been, and every single time I have to go back. Ughhhhhhhhhh.

Went here tonight as I do often. I got great service! My ice creams were yummy and made well. Oh and I got a very warm and good holiday pie! Customer service was stellar tonight! Thumbs up$

Wow! Slowest drive through ever! Who knew ordering 6 hash browns could take 20 minutes of waiting at the yellow line. So irate!!!

I tend to stop at McDonalds a lot in the summer because they have 49cents ice cream cones. When ever I see one while driving I tend to swing into the drive thru and raid my chai cup. This McDonalds is on the way from a friends house so I stop when I have my ice cream itch. When I am the only one in line why does it take almost 5 minutes for a single ice cream cone. My cone comes small and the ice cream seems like its about to fall off. It has to be the store itself because I have been to other McDonalds and they actually do a way better job.

I wish I had read the reviews here before trekking over to this McDonald’s for lunch recently. The experience was generally dreadful. When we walked in, the place was filthy. Fries, napkins, receipts, and a big pile of crushed up goldfish crackers all over the floor. My wife looked at me and said «Should we leave?» We should have but I decided not to just to be stubborn. The guy who helped us at the counter was clearly not happy to be at work. Though they got the order right, it did take a long time. And, the food was what you would expect. So, not bad once we got it.
I saw at least one family walk out for waiting so long. So, efficiency is not the strong suit of this location. I wonder if the owner of this one also owns the one over at Salem’s Crossing? Both are terrible and it’s clear that NO effort is made to improve them. So, if you aren’t in a hurry, have to have McDonald’s, and are in the area, stop on in and enjoy. Otherwise, find another location.

This McDonald’s has good food but not the quickest service. They messed up on my order multiple times and take way to long for a 3 piece meal. GO TO THIS MCDONALD’S @ THE RITE TIME! From my 11 year old…

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s in the Virginia Beach area. I have been to this particular establishment more times then I would like to admit, and I have been given the incorrect order more than once. Service is also very slow. The last time I visited this McDonald’s, not only was I given the incorrect order, but as I was waiting for such, there were employees going on about another customer whom had ordered a «Baker’s Dozen» of cookies. Referring to that customer as «fat» was not the only remark that was made. I was highly disappointed, not only from a customer’s point of view but as a another human being.
I would much rather drive a mile or two up the road to the McDonald’s on Indian River Road than to risk the type of service I have encountered here.
