Went outside of the lunch time by mistake and was still served. Foof was fresh & delicious. My boyfriend is so picky about his burgers and he keeps asking when we are going to go back. Great service!

If you appreciate charm and flavor explosions put this on your a-​list. Tonight’s app was shrimp and pineapple wrapped in bacon with a chipotle dipping sauce. Need I say more?

Great little find. Didn’t give it five stars because there was no children’s menu («We can make anything in kids portion, or uh, a grilled cheese or something») and EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERY. THING. had Old Bay seasoning on it. I’m at the beach, so I expect some, but on the steamed veggies and the quesadilla for my three year old was a bit much. Staff was VERY accommodating and understanding and immediately brought another plain one for my daughter within 10 minutes. You will wait for food — they really do just make it as it’s ordered. It’s a charming place in an old house, a little hard to see off the road.
All that being said, food was excellent. We started with mini-​crab cakes and the bacon wrapped pineapple shrimp. Both excellent. Grandma had stuffed shrimp (she loved it), Dad had tuna, Mom had Thai Shrimp and Grits (really better than expected!), big sis had Jamaican Jerk Wings and quesadilla for the little one (they put watermelon slices on try #2).
RUN to check it out — the owner is selling and moving back to New Orleans so I don’t know how much longer you’ll be able to enjoy this Pungo gem!

We bought a groupon for our impending visit and were not sure if we punted hard. Turned out to be a winning deal, this place is a gem. They make their food which means its not going to be quick. We had fish tacks, shrimp seasoned wit potato/​international salad, mac n cheese and a sweet cocktail. We like our food a little spicy and they made it hat way. The shrimp was finger licking good with finely chopped garlic base. The fish was fresh and tacks came with seasoning. The taco filling was fresh too.
Total tab came to 37 which is good and take 15 off by groupon. more than share of worth.
