I live close to this McDonald’s so unfortunately I visit often. Slowest drive thru of all I’ve ever been to.

They are ok at handling the lunch rush the best they can. I ordered a 4piece nugget mini meal with a Coke. I was told they are out of Coke, really? When leaving the drive check your order because they seem to miss something occasionally. The food is usually good that’s what keeps me coming back.

I have been visiting this McDonald’s for about a year, several early-​mornings a week, using their drive-​thru. I always place a special order (egg mcmuffin with no meat), and the staff is always great about accommodating my request. The employees are friendly and professional.

Shoutout to the hard workers at this store. They ensured myself and about ten other cars had a relaxing thirty minute wait in the drive through. The only fudge up on my fairly small order (double combo, two cokes, and two apple pies) was not having the two apple pies, but one apple and one peach. No complaints, I thought it must be fate to try a new one so I gladly accepted it with a smile and a «No problem, don’t worry about it!» to the new guy. I got home and noticed the extra care taken to ensure I received some quality in my bag; My order was taken at roughly 5:17pm and the peace pie I received said best if eaten by 10:03…AM. No anger, just an honest review. Stay focused, guys!

This Mc Donalds is the worst. I ordered two cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, and a quarter pounder for my family. It took 18 minutes to fill the order. These are not complicated items. When I finally got the food it was all cold. The bread on the hamburgers was tough and stale. This place sucks.

Slowest MCdonalds in existence. We waited for 15 minutes for simple orders. Watched a crew of 9 move backwards in time. Shift lead whined non stop the whole time.

I am amazed at the all the bad reviews this McD is getting. I stop at this one and the one down on Akers frequently. I drive up day or night, give my order through the menu (They can hear me/​I can hear them) and a very short time later I get what I ordered, warm and nicely bagged. It has been at least a decade since they got my order wrong and that was just after they modified their drive thru lane so two drivers could place their orders at the same time. I figured that contributed to the problem. Anyway, the burger in the bag was a quarter pounder instead of the big Mac I had asked for. Did I get upset? nope. l ate the burger they gave me and ever since then I have simply looked into the bag before I drove away.
Some of the criticism in these other reviews has to do with the fact that a burger here does not taste like a burger somewhere else. News flash: a. big Mac here tastes like a big Mac anywhere else. If you don’t want one, don’t order one. I believe the fair way to judge this McDonald’s is in comparison to other McDonalds’. Thus I give it a 5. Notice I am not even comparing this McD to other fast food restaurants. I understand some like an In and Out burger best and if you do it is perfectly fair to give that restaurant a higher score. But to give this restaurant a single star is just silly.

Worse McDonalds I ever been to, orders always wrong, we go inside can’t trust drive thru. I think McDonalds has some of the best biscuits and gravy around (I only like breakfast at McDonalds), Not this one. I did complain to corporate, they called me and said they would talk to the manager there, then the manager called and said they were having a meeting to do better (sent me a free breakfast card). That lasted about a week then it was back to the same crappie place again. It’s pretty bad when you can eat at Denny’s cheaper than McDonalds.

I cannot distress how much i despise this McDonald’s, It’s always filthy, horrible service, always gets orders wrong, wait is too long for fast food. I always get cold fries! Not to long ago i visited this place again with my fiancé that came down from L. A he was starving so e decided to go there around 8 pm, he ordered a double quarter pounder as usual, when we finally got our he opened up the box to find MOLD on the bun. yes MOLD. Was the cook trying to kill him?! I as so pissed off i went to the manager and brought it to her attention, all she said was «I’ll get you another one.» She didn’t even bother to find out who gave me that bun and apologize, Why in the hell is there mold on a bun? Well that’s evidence of how filthy, disorganize and horrible service, I swear to god i wanted to call the cops right there and sue, i would’ve but my fiancé stopped me only because he just wanted to eat. Words cannot describe how much i hate this place the managers there should just get fired and health inspection should pay them a visit! I ought to actually call them sometime.

Oh boy… I used to come to this McDonalds alot while growing up.
Don’t get me wrong. I love their food (especially their fries, salads and wraps) but these people have messed up an order so many times.
Quite a few times we ask for a hamburger with no cheese. We get cheese. We ask for a coke. We get a diet coke.
One time, the lady taking orders at the drive thru read back my order and kept misreading it. «You want hamburger cheese?» «No, I want a plain hamburger with NO CHEESE.» «Okay so one hamburger cheese?» «NO, I want a PLAIN HAMBURGER with NO CHEESE! And fries.» «So, you want, fries and hamburger cheese?» «CAN YOU FIND SOMEBODY WHO KNOWS HOW TO TAKE AN ORDER?» Girl groans and leaves. We wait a good 3 minutes before backing up and leaving to Taco Bell.
Another time, we had a huge order. We got all of our food back at home, and mine was the only correct one. One burger was missing a bottom bun, one other burger was completely missing, and one has CHEESE when we requested NONE!
Yeah… it’s just your typical Mickey D’s.

My cousin and I called them to ask a question and the guy didn’t understand us so he said and I quote «oh you’re too shy to come here and apply for a job like normal people so you have nothing better to do than prank call here!»
And I said, «thanks well I gotta put that in a Unilocal review bye» and I hung up so…

We hadn’t been to this location in months due to them never failing to screw up our order. We decided to give them another shot which was a huge mistake! Oh and if you call them to complain that they forgot something in your order then they will put the blame on you for not checking the bags! Great customer service! Yeah right…

I came here for breakfast around 9am. The lines are long, the service is horrible and the staff are not even friendly. I also saw a ROACH by the kids playground wall. My fruit oatmeal was not prepare right. The fruit was not inside the oatmeal not the usual way they do their oatmeal. The oatmeal was tasteless. I got a Caramel Mocha my favorite and it had a different taste like if they put water instead of milk. I will never come to this McDonalds.

I’m reviewing this place to let everybody know how bad this place is. The service level here is crappy and the wait time is really really long. If you go through their drive make sure you check your food 100% of the time because they always manage to screw up your order!

Clean store & friendly staff. Unfortunately the service is slow. But I guess that just means your food is fresh.
