Excellent customer service! I needed a mailbox service company and this one is perfect! They forward my mail and make sure everything is correct by calling me and making sure my packages are shipped securely! Great for small business owners and self employed people needing a separate address! I highly recommend this location! Thanks y’all!

Wow, this place has HORRIFIC customer service!!! I sent a card to Hawaii for my husband for this Valentine’s Day. The girl at the counter told me overnight was $ 50 plus dollars, but priority was $ 11. I told her I needed it there by 2⁄13 because 2⁄14 is a Sunday. She told me «with priority it will probably get there by Saturday, if not, definitely by Monday 2⁄15. So I shipped it priority. Monday 2⁄15 was a national holiday. Yes, I should have checked a calendar, but shouldn’t she have since her business is mailing packages!!! When I went in today to discuss what had happened, the manager TOTALLY blew me off. He said that they can’t guarantee a delivery time. I said then she should not have guaranteed one!!! She should have told me Monday was a holiday and my card SHOULD make it Tuesday, not«it WILL make it Monday». He didn’t even want to listen to what I was trying to tell him. What an ass. My husband left Hawaii without his card. I would have just kept it if I would have been told the correct details.

I have used the Package Depot several times for various things and it was always a pleasant experience. They were always pleasant to deal with. I shall return. Sue

This place is okay. A gentlemen helped me and he was okay but I felt like he was rushing me. When i got there I think it was already half an hour into his shift. Also you can smell cigarette in the store and the aroma was just nasty. When I went he was there by himself I think they should hire another person because it kind there was a few people behind me. Last time I went here there was a younger lady that helped. Everyone that comes here has different reasons too. Mailing out something, making copies or whatever. But the nice thing is I sent something for over night and the next day they called to let you know that it was delivered. It was just pricey though $ 34. I met the owner before, she told me she owns that place but she was super nice but I don’t know if she still does but I hope other people’s experience was a bit better than mine.

I was working in Visalia temporarily and rented the mailbox. After 3 months I’ve moved back to Los Angeles, before leaving I had went into the store and talked to the owner telling him I was closing the mailbox and moving. I had been paid up for 3 months pass the time I moved away. Today I received a call from the manager telling me I have a package and mail. This is the second time in two months I have gotten a call from this place insisting on my credit card to forward junk mail and magazines I did not order. The owner kept interrupting me as he would not allow me to talk. This is a very desperate greedy business owners that will do anything to bill you. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
