Nice Nail & Spa 3

Today I went in for a fill and Tran did my nails. I was so amazed by his work. He was careful and precise to make sure my nails looked just right and that I was happy with them. His work is amazing and I am so pleased with my nails. The shape is exactly what I wanted and they look so natural. The woman who did my pedicure who’s name I believe was Jacee was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. The customer service at this salon is phenomenal. It makes the experience that much more enjoyable.

I have been getting my nails done here for over a year and I always love my nails. I go and see Tran every time and he is very patient, really nice and a perfectionist, and my nails never lift.

3^rd Update: Instead of getting coffin shaped nails I got a natural look and they are perfect! Tran is awesome!

My birthday is next week so I wanted to go to a salon to get my nails done. My friend recommended me to this nail salon and I was very impressed. Everything is new and very clean. I got a full set and a gel pedi. The girl who did my pedi (who’s name I didn’t get) did a great job and was very kind. The girl who did my full set (according to her station), her name was Sara. She was very rude from the get go. She mentioned to me that I was her last customer before she had to go on her lunch break. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she said that she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have the material. I understood, then I proceeded to ask if maybe she could do a free hand lace design or any design really, and she said that she couldn’t because her hand was too shaky because she hadn’t ate. So basically my full set was not what I wanted at all because she was in a rush to go on her lunch! I wanted a nice set of acrylic nails with designs so that they could look beautiful come my birthday. But it didn’t happen. Sara definitely didn’t put me (the customer) first. To top off her rudeness, she urged me to hurry and pay so that she could go eat. After I paid, I told my friend who was with me to take out $ 3. She did and she laid it on the table. So since they were on the table, Sara then took it upon herself and assumed the tip was her’s, even though I didn’t indicate so. She hurried to grab the tip and left to go on her lunch break. Too quick for me to say that it wasn’t for her. It was actually for the kind lady who did my gel pedi. I really want to give this salon more stars but Sara’s shitty customer service prevents me from doing so.

I came here for my first time getting my nails done, and I got Tran! He’s is the BEST ever. Super patient and hard worker! Love love love him and his work!

Finally beautiful nails that DON’T LIFT!!! Tran was my technician, very sweet and ever so careful not to damage my nails. Salon is very clean and the other employees were very pleasant just like Tran. I’ll definitely be back.

Came here spontaneously one day to get a fill. Staff was very friendly, place is clean and quiet (there was only a few ladies in there) which I enjoyed. Got my nails done by Sara, it was her first day on the job (but not new to the game) and she was friendly and did a great job! Will be returning.

I must admit, I was very hesitant going here. I like to base myself off of Unilocal reviews to get a jist of a place I’ve never been before. There was only one review at the time, but my friends had told me about this place and I really liked their nails. So, I came on a whim! They were nice! There wasn’t much talking during the process, I did feel a little rushed choosing a color, although I am very pleased with my color choice. The price for a full set with regular nail polish is $ 20, full set with gel, $ 30. This is a very wonderful price! I was pleased with this. Overall, I love my nails, I’m happy it only took about 30 minutes and I had a pleasant experience. I’ll be back for a fill, and possibly a pedicure.
Well, I came back. This time, for a pedicure. It was called «basic pedicure» with gel polish, of course. This was my first pedicure and it wasn’t anything special. Maybe it was because it was «basic»? I don’t know, I liked the color I chose, anyway, the massage chair didn’t make my experience any better. The place was clean, but my only complaint was the cuticle tool that was used, was applied with too much pressure. It hurt. I think they should’ve let the product set instead of rushing through that part. I wish they would’ve been more gentle there. Overall, pedicure was alright. It was $ 28. I am happy with my toes.

A good standard shop… it could use some good magazines, TV where the customer can see it but very clean and new chairs. There was no waiting when I came in but it took a few minutes for the gentleman to get process started (I’m always in a hurry!)
