Avoid Sears auto service if you need your brakes repaired. They use auto zone parts and fail to inspect them before they install them. Chances are high that drums or rotors need to be machined or replaced new, right out of the box. If this vital step is overlooked and they install them, it creates hot spots and causes a vehicle to pulsate. Very disappointed in the service, I was a customer since 2001 and will not be coming back.

Went in for a oil change for a diesel truck and they did a great job with a good price. Didn’t need any other service needs but offered some good prices especially if I got a few things done that we’re almost time to have done. I’d do business with them again.

Was busting up the 5 when alternator light came on… went to a few places that were closed and then saw Sears. I haven’t had good experience with others, but did what I needed to do. All in all, in and out in 90 mins! Was somewhat pricey, but I was ok with that. The only problem was another tech who interrupted my tech and said, «I should have stolen your sale». Kind of low budget I thought. But not my tech’s fault. He was cool.(I just don’t like vein reminded that they are on commission).

Not sure about the actual auto work yet, but wow, customer service here sucks! They didn’t call to tell us our car was done. When we walked in to pick up our car, the guy wasn’t there, and nobody asked if we needed any help. We asked one guy where our tech was, he said lunch; then he failed to ask if he could help, as if we just come hang out at Sears auto for fun. Dreading needing to come here again
