I really like this lil spot. Usually my go to when I’m craving Mexican food on my lunch break… It’s never to busy, so i know I will get my food pretty fast. I’ve had the taquitos, they were ok. Today I tried the carnitas nachos. They were good. Over all, this place is pretty mediocre.

I went here again and I looked. Carne asada fries aren’t on the menu so I just asked. They were as good as the first time I had them. They could use a little salt but still delicious.

Horrrrrrible to say the least. I live near this place and there is usually nobody eating there… well now I know why. The salsa sucks, tiny little cups, place is dirty and in the winter time the windows are fogged up like a teenagers car! Food is horrible, back window was broken about a year ago and its still boarded up. I noticed on Craigslist that they are trying to sell… imagine that. I would feel sorry for anyone who buys it after they destroyed the reputation with their food, service, and cleanliness. Don’t go!!!

Tostilocos were pretty good, not the best I’ve had but definitely satisfied the craving.

I found the service to be good. The lady who took my order and brought my food out was very kind. Good prices. They have an excellent salsa bar with three different kinds. All of them good. I ordered a breakfast burrito which may have been the worst bfast burrito I’ve ever had. I ordered it to go because I had to drive somewhere for work. I thought I could eat it on the road, I was wrong. The grease started to drip from the foil which tried to contain the poorly wrapped burrito. So I had to step inside to eat for fear of getting grease stains all over my shirt. I’ll probably give this place another shot, I will just stay away from the bfast burrito and I warn others to do the same.

I ate here on a Monday around noon. There were only a couple of people eating. Not necessarily a good sign. One customer ordered right before me. Despite that, my order of a bean and cheese burrito and a quesadilla took a pretty long time. While I was waiting I thought that maybe this was a good sign. Maybe things are being prepared with care and will therefore be delicious. Nope. I was wrong. The quesadilla wasn’t bad. They used a monterrey jack cheese that had a little spice to it. But the beans in the burrito were way soupy. I’ve had better Mexican food in Visalia(not to mention Southern California and the Bay Area).

I decided to stop by this place because I was hungry and was across the street at Sears waiting for my car to be repaired. I’ve been looking for a good taqueria type place to get some good Mexican food, because a lot of the places recommended to me are sit-down places that are overpriced and honestly not that good. I’m used to SF Mission burritos and 24-hour spots in San Diego, so it’s been a little disappointing for me here in the Valley. This place isn’t bad. I don’t know if I was just super hungry, but everything tasted pretty good. I had 2 chicken tacos with rice and beans. The rice was delicious, and the beans were good, just a tad on the soupy side. I will probably come back to try a burrito or their tamales.
