What a worthless company!!! Bought brand new washer and dryer. Dryer doesn’t work from the very beginning! My husband spent almost 2 hours trying to get ahold of someone to talk to about this problem, then when we did the woman told us they wouldn’t order a replacement dryer for us until AFTER we bring back the broken one. We do not live in town. There should be no reason to require us to make two trips for their broken machines. I even reached out to Sears customer service and was given the same unsatisfactory treatment with not even one ounce of trying to make things right. Needless to say, they made up my mind for me. I will be returning both the washer and the dryer and purchasing from a store that has its act together. Lowe’s here I come!

I’ll never buy from Sears again because they contract third party vendors such as home delivery to deliver appliances but when home delivery causes property damages they act as though they are not the responsible party. They caused a water leak a hole in my wall and broke the water plate while installing a washer I bought from them. Horrible customer service from both parties; Sears and Home delivery who delivers for Sears.

My Mom went to Sears at Sequoia Mall and bought a Shark Vaccuum Cleaner that she researched online. It has good suction and is light somewhat. Her Rainbow Vaccuum conked out and needed repair. It was hard at home putting the Shark Vaccuum together and reading the instructions… so she took it back and the Sears saleslady was very helpful and showed her everything. Even loaded it in Mom’s car, etc. I wonder if you get such service at Costco or Walmart?
