Lomack Service

I’ve rented my condo for almost 7 years now. It was originally built in 1979 with no AC, and radiant heat… in the ceiling! (Who puts heat in the ceiling?!) The radiant heat cost a fortune to run so I used space heaters in winter, and portable ACs in the summer. What a pain, and my power bills were incredibly high. My neighbors had Lomack install central heat and ac when they bought their unit across from me. It looked really nice when everything was done — like the unit was built with the HVAC already installed. I convinced my landlady to upgrade my condo with the same. She got a few estimates, but decided to go with Lomack in the end because they did such a great job across the way. (Honestly, I think the other estimates would’ve had hidden costs too. A couple were lower, but I think those guys didn’t include everything that really needed to be done. Lomack’s estimate and final price were all the same as far as I know, so no hidden costs at all.) I was very happy she decided on them because I knew since they’d already done one unit, it would probably be very easy to do mine. Ruben and his team were super courteous, answered all my nosy questions, explained everything they were doing, and even managed to squeeze the main unit into the corner of my garage so it took up as little space as possible. They were in and out in two days for the entire install! So efficient! And they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. The unit works like a charm, and my condo stays at a beautiful even temperature now. I’m so very thrilled to be done dealing with portable Acs and space heaters! I highly recommend Ruben’s team for HVAC installs. The whole experience with Lomack has been a great one, and (knock on wood) I haven’t had any problems in the last three months. :)

Lomack is a life saver! They installed a new unit today and I couldn’t be happier. The guys were terrific; very professional. They walked me through the issues they found and how they fixed them like having to move the unit over several inches to bring it into code compliance and closed off all the exposed areas the builder had left unfinished which clearly contributed to the old unit working itself to death. The job was done quickly, they put down tarps everywhere they worked to keep the house clean and cleaned up as if they were never here. I will refer these folks to everyone I know who needs help with their air-​conditioning.
